The tent is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and setting on a hill facing 2 vallies with stunning views. The food is so delicious and tasty and cooked by professional and friendly chiefs. Finally,  the staff were really amazing and helpful, especially the manager Ommie , the butler Elly and our driver and guiding tour Denis. We really had an unforgettable experience which well last long.

The best experience ever. We have been delighted to stay at Melia Serengeti Lodge in a wonderful Suite which offers a stunning view of the Serengeti National Park and its flourishing wild. The establishment is obviously amazing, but it’s more than just being in the most amazing place of Serengeti. The staff is like a family which take care of you from your arrival, David L. and Fernando M. the managers provided such attention to us, we have no word strong enough to say how much we have been pleased to share those moments. The Senegalese Chef, Majid, Chacha, Dyckson, the Masai warriors, we will remember and keep beloved souvenirs of them.

We had an unforgettable stay at Kuoom – the perfect place to begin our honeymoon and experience the Serengeti. The location is incredible, with wildlife just minutes from the lodge (we even saw giraffes from our balcony!). The staff went above and beyond – Joel, Jackson, Jumapili, Elipokea, Chef Tito, Samuel, and Bright all made us feel so welcome and cared for. Fantastic experience sleeping a Boma but with all modern facilities. The views are breathtaking. Endeavour to catch the sunrise and sunset it's out of this world. Truly a magical experience. Staff were top notch couldn't fault them. At night you had security escort you to your rooms for extra safety! Will definitely return
