The seafood in the restaurant was absolutely amazing — truly some of the best we’ve had. The staff was always smiling and ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The private city tour they arranged showed us some beautiful spots, and overall the hotel offered a very pleasant experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Generally, the atmosphere was very relaxed, but still lively. The location was perfect for us as kite surfers and we were referred to an amazing kite station. Breakfast was very generous, and the pool was definitely a welcome bonus, especially when the tide was out in Paje. Can definitely recommend for any couple or family wishing to stay in Paje!

I stayed two nights in the villa. It's truly beautiful: Big room and bathroom, nice gardens and the pool is just perfect for a morning bath. The location is quite close to the beach, the breakfast is abundant and the best part is the attention of the staff which was amazing! If I am back to Kizimkazi, I would definitely stay in Kameleon blue again.

We stayed here for 4 fabulous nights early October, after a couple of nights in Stonetown and a safari on Tanzania and Kenya! We were so glad we picked this resort due to it's location, size of the resort and value for money! Jambiani is an authentic village in Zanzibar, with seaweed farming, right outside the resort on the beach, so you can have a taste of the true culture. However this does not take away any comforts or luxury from the resort - all the rooms are situated around this amazing pool, which then had views of the beach. The staff were amazing, and the food was excellent! You also had alternative restaurants just short walks up the beach. Make sure you go for a sail and/or snorkel with "Mr Coconut" on a traditional dhow.

I loved it all. Wonderful location, excellent service and very comfortable rooms. I was looking for a place to relax. Booked 4 nights and stayed a week. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is amazing and everything is prepared for you to lay back and enjoy while listeningto the sound of nature (I really appreciate they don't play music neither offer loud activities). The swimming pool is a great extra, as the tide varies a lot (that is what makes Jambiani so special). I hired the snorkeling tour with Capitan Zapi and it was lovely. I also loved the restaurant: great choices and not overpriced. I definitely want to come back next year.

This is not a touristy location... it is off the beaten...

This is not a touristy location... it is off the beaten track... a village, by the sea, with an increasing number of resorts being added. I hope it does not lose its charm to the crowds. This is a quiet, special place.

This place is a gem! A new hotel with a big heart, right by the ocean, surrounded by peaceful gardens and a stunning pool. The beach is beautiful and the water very warm.

The beach is beautiful and the water very warm. Because of the strong tides there's only water in the morning and the afternoon but it makes the beach very interesting and beautiful and gives the oportunity to walk far out and find seashells and starfish. The only downside to the beach is the many very insisting sellers who make it impossible to go for a walk without being approached.

We stayed in a peaceful part of town, where there were noticeably fewer street vendors selling beads and souvenirs compared to other areas. This made the atmosphere even more calm and relaxing, allowing us to fully enjoy the local charm without feeling overwhelmed.

Just up the beach from Paje town, a little quieter but thats...

Just up the beach from Paje town, a little quieter but thats what was nice. Wandered to different restaurants along the beach for lunch and dinner. Limited during off season but enough open. We came via Dar Es Salaam airport and ferry. If you can't get an e-visa before arrival, plan 2hrs to exit the airport. We missed our booked ferry and had to pay again for the last ferry on a different company. Used Zanzibar Quest to book the ferry and transport with exemplary service and support via whatsapp and email. The new travel insurance requirement $50p/p on top of the $50p/p visa fee is a scam that mars the experience. The amount of times we had to show our passport and visa / travel insurance was reminiscent of the cold war. Inefficient and overboard. So if you can fly direct to Zanzibar and use e-visa or have patience and a loose schedule. The drive to the Page beach area took about 1 ½ hrs with the first ⅓ taking ¾ of the time with a typical african road experience. Get a good driver. Driving licenses are issued by testing payment of fee. The driver booked by Zanzibar Quest was excellent. Great beach, wind was consistent during the afternoon to either kite or cool down. Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent. Not a fan of the immigration process or the fees.

Paradise …Jim’s, Salim, Irene and Juliane were exceptional always ready to help. They just couldn’t do enough for you. The reception staff especially Yusef were very accommodating especially as we arrived very early from Dar-es-Salam! They let us drop our bags and enjoy all the facilities until our room was ready! We had a wonderful stay in Paradise.
