The property needed some love and care, in terms of interior, however despite the age of the hotel, it was clean, calming and safe. The staff were so professional and friendly. I had a short stay but kept coming to have lunch with my children. Our room was quadruple triple room, very spacious for the time that we needed. The food was great! The bed was so comfortable and clean. House cleaning came everyday to clean. I speak Swahili which made things a lot easier. I would recommend trying learn a few words to have a better communication with the staff. You must call 1 hour in advance for order food as everything is made fresh! We hardly got bitten by mosquitoes because the place was well secure. Every time I needed help the staff were attentive and made my stay very comfortable.

keys were there on arrival , good communication on the way and on arrival. Very nice, spacious, clean place . Hot water and wifi n fridge all working perfectly as was the flat screen tv . i was only there one day but I couldnt fault the place. 10 out of 10 from me. Athough its far from the road , the compound is spacious with enough greenery to be comfortable and sit in the compound outside the house . Also excellent value for money. Its one of the best places ive stayed in Dar if not the best for a budget apartment . The only reason i didnt give a score of 15 , is that 10 is the maximum .
