The hotel is really wonderful and cozy. It is situated not far from the center of the city, so it will be very easy for you to have an everyday walking. The manager and personnel of the hotel are very polite and kind to every guest. The suit is just gorgeous, clean and tidy and well designed. My room was exceptional. I was upgraded and stayed in the Presidential Suite. It was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, had a great view, and very private. From the ceilings, to the floor, to the wall full of windows...it was truly beautiful. The hotel grounds were lovely, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and had many options for everyone. The staff helped me with booking a balloon ride, as well as transport to various locations and nighttime shows. They provided great shuttle service to and from the airport as well. They communicated with me promptly, and helped arrange for activities before I even arrived. They also helped me with anything I needed during the trip. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed interacting with them. Overall, this is a great hotel, and I recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Kayakapi Premium hotels this summer. The location, the staff, the pool, the breakfast and the restaurant in general exceeded all our expectations. Not to mention the authentic cave rooms that were very spacious and meticulously decorated. If I would go back to Kapadokya I would stay at Kayakapi again. We have already given recommendations to all our friends and family. If you decide to stay here you should not miss trying the Testi Kebab, a local Kapadokya dish, at the hotel restaurant. Just be aware you have to order it one day ahead. Also a big thank you to the kind staff Duygu who helped our dream come true in organizing the balloon ride. It was truly a spectacular experience!

It's an amazing property with extremely helpful and jovial staff. Rooms are well equipped and present you with a unique blend of modern amenities with cave enclaves, break fast spread was quite excellent, with most of the stuff freshly baked and cooked. The hotel and rooms are clean, staff is extremely helpful, and they ensure they go out of the way to make your stay a memorable one The hotel is peaceful and is slightly away from the main centre so you might find it difficult to venture out for dinner, alternatively dinner at the hotel is quite delicious and freshly made.. Mr.Burhan, at the reception services, is extremely helpful. He assisted us in booking a few of the tours at short notice.

Cave land is one of my best hotels in my life! First, I could sleep very well and i felt comfortable always! Second, Amazing place of looking at balloons! In the early morning of terrace, I saw many balloons on the sky. It was amazing experience! Third, they prepare breakfast by themselves so i felt like i was being treated! Of course, it was delicious too! And lastly they are so kind! The owner always takes care of us. For example, he always tried to check my rentcar parked at the construction site! He always helped us so i didn't worry about anything! So i recommend this hotel more than 100%!

We stayed at the hotel for two days and although we can say that the stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was very delicious, I find it necessary to highlight the friendliness, decisive attitude and great work capacity of the reception employee named Tugay. Honestly, we have never felt so comfortable having to consult concerns and such good advice as we received from Tugay. Thanks for everything! We will return in the future to do the balloon flight again and obviously to say hello to someone who has already become a friend, thank you Tugay!!!

We loved everything! The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, rooms are clean, bed is so (!) comfortable and the staff is exceptionally nice. The breakfast is delicious and free tea and little treats like watermelon during the day are what make this place so special. The location is perfect, only a few minutes to the main bus station and in about 10 minutes you are at the mountain top for the sunrise panorama over Göreme. This will be our number 1 choice for future visits!
