The hotel is located in a Dar, a historical building specific to the Medina, which offered us a unique experience through the services offered and attention to the details related to the environment. Very well maintained and clean. The breakfast was extraordinary with fresh and traditional products. They adapted very quickly to our requirements, as we did not want meat and sugary products. The reception personnel were very kind and helpful. They helped us with advice and guidance for the excursions in the surroundings, but also with the transfers. Specifically, Arbi, the driver, was very professional and helpful. He even helped us with useful advises, including buying plane tickets.

Wonderful place, quiet, comfortable, amazing rooms - we were given an upgrade to the wonderful ottoman room which was super, featuring a little terrace with a sea view. First of all, Madam is so kind.The location is great. You can reach many famous and historical places by walk. You can also reach place de Barcelona metro station which connects to Tunis Marine Train( to go Sidi bousaid) by walk. The rooms of hotel is very traditional,cosy and clean.The breakfast is sufficient and includes some traditional food and hand-made jams. WiFi is good. The roof is great to have breakfast and you can have a look the old Medina city and take incredible photos. We were a family and felt comfortable. There were international guests.

A little oasis in the middle of the Tunis! The guest house has surprised us with tranquil, tropical and beautiful courtyard, which was a stark contrast to the bustling streets of Tunis. The breakfast was amazing - full of flavor and beautifully presented. The house is decorated with traditional details, which makes it unique and comfortable to stay. The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested. The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.

The Medina and Souks are an excellent attraction. Avenue Habib Bourguiba is an interesting stroll down the pedestrian centre to the clock tower. Bardo Museum is well worth visiting. As are Carthage and Sidi Bou Said outside of Tunis.

This is an exquisitely decorated, beautful place to stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff exceptionally helpful. It is in a quiet area away from the old city which is always incredibly busy and noisy. The pool was beautuful as was the garden. There are nice places to eat nearby and historic places to visit.

Sidi Bou Saïd is a magical place full of charm and light. 🌿 The white and blue streets perched above the sea offer breathtaking views. Everything is within walking distance — you can easily explore the whole village on foot, and even reach the ancient ruins of Carthage, just 2 km away. For food lovers, I highly recommend Dar Zarrouk and Le Bon Vieux Temps — two of the best restaurants in Tunisia, both offering delicious dishes and stunning sea views. 💙

Nice area.

Nice area. A lot of the shops and stuff are relatively spread out. Really nice people who genuinely help you. Taxis are a bit of a pain from the airport, as they were a little expensive to what I would have thought. However you have to bargain with them a bit.

The location of Dar Salah Bey is very good and has access to everything nearby, the house is cosy, loved the architecture and design, but the owner of the property is required to improve the facilities and kitchen equipment, like good knives for cooking, a new set of forks, spoons, and cooking tools, also provide a good iron and iron board, fix the leakage of a tap connected to the washing machine, provide new and fresh bed covers and sheets, and also provide clothes drying rack, as we struggled to dry our clothes.

Bed is comfortable, strong WIFI, hot water is adequate for shower, room temp is perfect for sleeping, generous breakfast and hospitality of Hakim is very much appreciated. Beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you. We really enjoyed our stay.The location is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a solo traveller. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I spent 16 days in Tunisia, of which, 14 days with a tour group visiting the entire country. In Tunis I loved Carthage, I enjoyed visiting the Bardo National Museum, the Phoenician, Punic and Roman excavation sites.

Four Seasons is a lovely place to relax with the family. I suggest a 5 day visit so one can then plan day trips to Hammamet and Djerba as well. one could also spend 3 days at four seasons hotel and then 2 nights in Hammamet if you really want to enjoy a beach.

La marsa beach was right outside our guest house.

La marsa beach was right outside our guest house. We could walk to the main part of the beach and the shops and restaurants. We were out of season, visiting during Ramadan so it was relatively quiet. Some restaurants were not open at all, some only during the day, others only at night. We managed to find somewhere to eat every day. I can recommend the Cliff restaurant, Pasta mi Basta (very accommodating with our friend who had various intolerances), Kenko food bar and Blu Blu (Sidi Bou). There was a supermarket which catered for our needs. We also visited the capital Tunis and Sidi Bou Said which had lovely shops and stunning views.
