How friendly and helpful all the staff were. They spoke English and made us feel very welcome... the lifeguard at the pool made us feel very welcome every morning he greated me with a smile and always brought cushions for my lounge chair

The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested.
The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.

This hotel never disappoints, the staff are lovely, it’s clean and comfortable, huge pool, great beach, breakfast is generous and delicious, we had a lovely sea view… special mention to Hayet who took care of our room and was available for anything we needed.
