The staff were friendly, helpful and first class. Attentive and worked to find solutions when I needed to get a florist. They are all a credit to the hotel, from reception, restaurant, cleaning and waiting staff. Superb.

It was an excellent stay, I got a free upgrade to a studio which was very spacious and with nice sea view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were awesome. Early check out was not an issue. Private beach is really wonderful.

The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested. The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.
