Don’t be put off by the 3* rating as the service at this hotel is easily as good as any 5* I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we were treated amazingly by every member of staff who couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating to our needs. I will be doing a full review on TriipAdvisor as there is so much to say about this wonderful hotel.

Dar Nael is a very special place. It is a feast for the eyes and soul - beautifully styled, amazing rooms and a perfect location walking distance to Djerbahood. But what really makes this place is the wonderful family who run it, they'll go above and beyond and the food is delicious, make sure you try the dinner menu.

Lovely peaceful paradise. Barbara and Nicolas were wonderful hosts. I loved my little apartment - private garden to sunbathe and table to sit outdoors in the evenings . Delicious pastries were offered on the first morning. Bed very comfortable and I appreciated being able to prepare my own food in Ramadan with the hotplates. Also, I visited many other areas and I believe this area is the best area to stay on the island in my view - you must try the fish place down the road 'Emi Fris' - outstanding fish. Also Flamingo Beach is a nice place to go during the day. Enjoy :)
