The apartment was larger than expected, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. There was more than enough food provided to make breakfast every morning. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There was a lot of natural light and it was well decorated. The TV had Netflix and other steaming options available. The host provided great restaurant recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. He went above and beyond to accommodate us during Ramadan. We wish we would have booked longer! We will definitely return next time we are in Sidi Bou Said.

Fully equipped mini apartment (kitchen had all basics), super comfortable bed, a lovely patio with plants to sit around. The host was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would go back! Ps. Set in Sidi Bou Saïd, less than 1 km from Amilcar Beach and a 17-minute walk from Sidi Bou Said Beach, BEL APPART A SiDi BOUSAID offers free WiFi and air conditioning. The owner was very helpful. He went out of his way to arrange for the dinner for the whole group, though some of our group members where staying in another property. The property is around 8 minutes walk from the Centre of Sidi Bou Said. The property is very aesthetically done. It is very cosy. The owner stays below. He speaks reasonably good English too. There is a nice terrace. the property is located in the 1st Floor. The nearest train (TGM) station is Sidi Bou Said and Carthage Amikar - both 8 minutes walk from the property. From Sidi Bou Said Rail Station (TGM) , centre of Sidi Bou Said is only 1 minute walk. Please note that main Sidi Bou Said village is around 15 minutes from the Property. But the property at the Sidi Bou Said "village" is expensive. There was gas oven, coffee maker in the house. The owner gives fresh bread every day. There was egg, olive oil, salt, cheese , jam for the breakfast.

From CNY 372 per nightBeautiful apartment with roof space to eat your breakfast with a 360 degree view. Beji is very helpful and friendly. He did everything to make our stay good and relaxing. Any problems were sorted out quickly. You don't always get this kind of service in the big hotels. WiFi was good. Breakfast was fresh bread, eggs, yoghurt, cream cheese and milk. Ground coffee and a filter machine are provided. It is just a few mins walk to the nearest light railway station, Carthage Amilcar. It's a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

The location was just perfect for us as it was close to the centre of Sidi Bou Said and also very close to the University of Carthage where we had work commitments. The house is beautiful, very spacious, well decorated with a lovely outside dining area on the roof. The area is safe and there are many restaurants and bars at walking distance, a supermarket is at 10 minutes walk. The added value to the apartment is the owner Raouf, very kind and friendly and always available for assistance. The apartment has for sure a good value for money.

Beautiful mansion -style hotel with very stylish and modern interior. The owner and the staff were super helpful with any need we had. The location is very convenient when you plan to visit the arcgeological sites of carthage (ca 30min by foot) or the medina of Sidi Bou Saïd (ca. 10 min by foot). After visiting the sites, don't forget to try the indoor pool and Hammam. We enjoyed the time here so much, especially the amazing breakfast

The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms. It is very clean and even has a washing machine. The location is excellent not far from the airport and near the archeological ruins of Carthage.

We loved our stay at Dar Said and even extended it by a day. This historical property has been beautifully renovated and is situated right in the heart Sidi Bou Saïd. The staff is very attentive and the ambience is very relaxed, just what we needed!
