I stayed at the Eastique Hotel Koh Chang for six nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything feels fresh and modern. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. One of the highlights for me was, that breakfast was included by default in the booking – a detail I really appreciated. The food was varied and always fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Chang!

If you are only coming to Koh Chang for one thing, you should come to stay a night at Drifters Anchor. The views are clearly the best we have had anywhere on the island. Watching the sunset from your balcony while having an amazing meal is nothing short of spectacular. Last but not least Ben is the friendliest host you can think of, he even accompanied us to an awesome night out. Definitely recommended.

we came to this resort in 2014 . back then it was just simple bungalows with no pool but I remember it had such amazing vibe I decided I need to visit it one day again . so we came back now ( March 2023 ) and it had the same chilled vibe as I remembered . the staff even remembered me which was sweet :) the property is lovely with big pool and it’s right on the very nice Lonely beach . Rooms are Suoer comfortable ( though tad small so if you want more space , be sure to book poolside villas ) For us it was ok , we were two adults and a child . bathrooms are nice and spacious .staff is lovely and very helpful . their restaurant and bar is nice with plenty of amazingly delicious dishes to choose from big menu . definitely would recommend their Tom yum soup but we tried many dishes in ten days we stayed there and everything was super delicious . we would definitely come back again

They have Laser and Hobie cat sailing boats to rent! Beautiful little spots (hammocks, sun loungers, big rocks to sit on, etc.) that enabled a very relaxing way to hang out watching the sailboats and sunsets. Excellent value for money especially when you factor in the complimentary breakfast and free taxi shuttle to the Ao Nid (Boonsiri) pier. But excellent value for money just based on the bungalow and property too. Super unique and enjoyable pool. Just wish the pool was open later to cool off in after dinner (they currently close to pool at 6 pm which seems super early to me for a pool that isn't lifeguarded anyway). Off the end of the pier, they also have a sunken motorcycle, golf cart, and car along with some coral nurseries that are fun to snorkel around when the water visibility is good. Just watch out for the sea urchins.

We stayed at the Paradice beachfront villa and it was absolutely perfect in terms of location. On a quiet, good beach, only the beach villas have their own sun loungers on the beach, so an almost private beach in an otherwise busy area. It was nice to lie down in the villa's terrace lounge area for days and sometimes take a dip in the sea. The villa was new and modern, clean. The beach location was the thing here, you didn't have to queue for sun loungers at the hotel pools.

The perfect paradise resort. The hotel looks even better in reality than in the pictures. A wonderfully designed large swimming pool. There are enough sunbeds at any time and you can always choose whether you prefer to be in the sun or in the shade. Very nice rooms and big balconies. The hotel staff is extremely hospitable and helpful.

This hotel met every expectation we had. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and very well located. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance, so no scooter is needed. The resort itself is built perfectly and the tropical villa we stayed was amazing. The beach is so private you can enjoy the sand. We were afraid to swim at its beach cause they had a jellyfish sign. Apart from that its not easy to walk to attractions you need a vehicle.

What I've seen was fantastic.

What I've seen was fantastic. In so many ways, there are a lot of fun hideaways...that you can't mention them all. Feel free to get lost often. I know I did and loved it. After dark on a cycle...not as much. But day time...just go for it! Don't forget to stop by some of the road side restaurants for your favorite drink.

Beautiful island, very chill seclude, not too much touristic, but has everything you need. Cute cafes, a lot of amazing restaurants, quiet and pristine beaches. You can also take a boat to Koh Kham, it’s beautiful! Very easy, ticket only 350 baht.

There just isn't very much to do.

There just isn't very much to do. We needed a night stopover before going to the island and our hotel was nice. Had a tasty pad-thai from the one place that was open and a couple of beers from a very nice bar next to a May-Thai gym. The few streets around the river are lovely and you do get the sense that you're suddenly away from all the tourists and in real Thailand. It is also extremely hot so not particularly pleasant to walk around either. At 8pm everything was shut down, including the night market.

Sylvan is vertical resort and beautiful. They do a great job helping you get around. Expensive but you get your moneys worth. Great staff, great views, Santhiya Tree was impressive but probably looked really nice 8 years ago. Over priced, hard to find. No sign to long entrance road. Restaurant named Apple Kitchen at entrance was great and very inexpensive. I’m 80 and my wife is 83. They gave us the top floor with no elevator. Steps are uneven in height so be careful. A real workout. Breaks my heart to see the wood rotting from neglect. Next resort is Lagoon Prince. Stayed here many times. Old resort, good value, closer to ferry. White Sand Beach is great at night. Food up the beach at Soul & Sand is excellent. Every resort on the beach has a good vibe. From high end to very economy.

The boat Trip was Nice and good Service on the Piers. The Transport to Rest Sea Resort needs one Hour and Maybe Not everybody Like this. But the Location was Nice. Er don‘t know in other time. We was in end of raining Season The Restaurant Noochy on the Island is a Nice Fish Restaurant

Koh Mak is quite small but beautiful and has a lot of nature. Good kick-boxing school. Variety of good eating places Koh Mak seafood being one of them. It is far more relaxed than Koh Chang with less to do but I actually found the peacefulness and serenity more alluring. The people are friendly and it has a up early sleep when the sunsets kind of vibe but also if you want to be out later you can. There are some very picturesque beaches and bars. Also a variety of takes on food By the sea has great sandwiches etc. If the weather turns bad then this is when the boredom may be an issue. However I loved the thunderstorms and lightening shows. Best I had ever seen.

Make sure you stay in town.

Make sure you stay in town. There is no night life, but Trat has great food and a wonderful market. Getting around Trat is not easy, you will have to walk. There are moto taxis but not always where you need them.

Ko chang is a hidden jewel, lots to do and see with other amazing islands to visit. Worth 4 nights stay on anyones itenary. Good viewpoints beaches and bars, much more laid back than pattaya but still things to do. We ve enjoyed the island and would come again

Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem.

Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem. The tropical beaches have crystal clear water and there are some great snorkeling spots if you look hard enough. Make sure you get down to The Fisherman Hut and mention Whimsical Tricycle to the owner, Tom. He will know what you mean. Enjoy! But keep it secret. Keep it safe.
