Super-fast high speed WiFi Internet - the fastest anywhere we’ve stayed in Thailand at over 300Mbps. We very much enjoyed our time here - a few days before we headed off to Ko Lipe. Very clean. Daily room cleaning. Powerful hot shower. Right on the beach. We like that it was a short walk to the pier, but far enough to be very quiet. Neem and her team were great. She gave us lots of tips on place to eat and a free ride to the port when we left. Highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay at the Irene Pool Villa Resort from start to finish. I was welcomed so warmly by Mar, one of the staff members, who showed me around the resort, answered all my questions, and gave me great local tips. She was incredibly kind and genuine, and thanks to her I felt comfortable and at home right away. The resort itself is beautiful — you have one of the most gorgeous beaches right in front of you, and it’s such a peaceful place to relax and recharge. Everything was just perfect, clean and calm. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I can’t wait to come back!🩵

The location is few KM's away from the night market. The whole property is very spacious with sufficient parking lots, picnic tables, playground, outdoor dining area and swimming pools. They also provide public toilet and prayer room that can be used after check-out. The breakfast is fairly simple but complete. The waterpark, on the other hand, is more suitable for kids rather than adults.

Lovely, genuinely peaceful location with fantastic sunset. The owner Noon is fun. I spent the evening listening to his band rehearsing. They're good. Even though it was post new year and really quiet, a fine breakfast came to the cabin at 8.30.

We loved everything about this property, if you love animals then this is the place! The room was very homely, all the animals were super friendly and loving. The staff were all amazing and really nice! We were able to take the dogs for a walk which was fun! Great location and a great little bar right opposite which does amazing cocktails!

Our family absolutely loved this resort on our favourite island Lipe. This resort is terrific for families. Super clean abd large rooms. Our kids loved the enormous pool, which was nice and warm. The resort is beach front and we enjoyed many sunsets, whilst the kids played in the sand and swam. The 'Walking Street' is just a few minutes away, so the location is perfect. The staff were lovely and helpful and our children loved seeing the towel art that housekeeping left them each day. House keeping were great and very generous with towels. This side of the island has a lovely ambience and is protected from stingers. We suggest walking along to the other side of the beach to Sanom Beach. It's stunning, quiet and has no stingers there. It also a great spot for snorkelling. The hotel staff meet you at then port, take your luggage and walk you to the hotel lobby. We recommend for families.

Our stay was really great. The view was spectacular and the hotel was really worth it. They provided free snorkeling equipments, kayaking and paddling boat. even snorkeling nearby the shore, you can even see the fishes! Spend there for 2 nights and for me, I need more! The food was good and our premium dinner was amazing although it was quite expensive but it still worth it. I still remember the taste of the lamb till now! They provide free service to the town too.

Very good location on the best beach of the island. We arrived from Langkawi to Koh Lope Pattaya beach by boat. The accommodation was only 10 min walk along the beach. The beach of this accommodation was not blocked by boats. Therefore it was great to swim. The room was very beautiful and luxurious. There was hot water in the shower. Very quiet. The bungalow was surrounded by palm trees and was very natural.

We knew what to expect, but we spoke to several travellers...

We knew what to expect, but we spoke to several travellers who were disappointed. They expected pristine beaches and nature, and were taken a back how the locals are living on the island. If you go prepared you won't be disappointed, and Ko Lipe should not be your only destination, 3 nights is more then enough. Enjoy!!!

I don't remember the city of Satun...

I don't remember the city of Satun... There is the Province of Satun. However, the city of Pak Bara is worth visiting, especially the waterfront and the nice (slightly crowded) cafes. The nearby "Mu Ko Phetra National Park" deserves special attention with a long jetty enabling a trip to the time of dinosaurs.

It's no different from other coastal small towns with ample delicious and affordable local eateries but better still as a transit point to better interesting Kok Lipe and other islands for much more adventurous vacations.

Very beautiful island with stunning beaches and breathtaking views. Lot of local people and not so crowded in october compared to Phuket or other islands. However, it can be a bit dirty and old outside turistic areas. Overall a great way to see the beaches while also understanding the local life. Lots of restaurants and nice places on the walking street. The island is small and can be done by walking from almost any resort

I was there on business heading to Langkawi so only one...

I was there on business heading to Langkawi so only one night then the ferry the next day. With transport there is a lot to see in Satun. A quiet little backwater coastal town that has a ferry to Langkawi. If I had time I would do more exploring. I ate at the local shops a donut and a coffee. Main meal at my room as I brought it with me in my car fridge. I did go to a excellent coffee shop before checking into my room. Satun is developing but in not way touristic, No crowds

A good place to relax and stop over before you go to Koh Lipe or Koh Adang. I would recommend Papaya Mom 2 Restaurant for delicious HALAL AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD. A visit by walking or jogging near the Mu Ko Phetra National Park during sunset was awesome and great view.

I was here in low season so 60% of bars and stuff were either closed or empty. Doesn’t matter there’s lots of nature to discover for the adventurous at heart. Diving, koh Adang, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and lazy walks followed by legit massage

Good place to stay with your family on your vacation. Good eating place around the area such as: Papaya Mom, Rim Lay Kitchen & Restaurant, Nava Seafood, Bara Roti and few other restaurants. You can also go to Koh Lipe for the stay and some other water activities.
