I really liked indigo. Greet location with easy access to all areas of phi phi, 7-11 and restaurants outside the door. Room was excellent, with 4 rooms on the roof with a nice garden in between. Bed was huge and super comfortable, very rare in these parts! Staff were great, cleaning good Probably the best room I stayed in of 5 in phi phi

We stayed for two nights and we‘re more than happy. The rooms are unique and cosy. The whole place is decorated so lovely that you feel like being in a posh stylish bar/hotel in SEA in the 60s/70s. Warm and friendly staff will welcome you and make sure you have pleasant stay. The bar is great, too. Would have loved to stay for longer and will come back some day!

Before we stayed in this hotel, I read several negative comments in Booking.com. Once we stayed in this villa, we found that they are not necessarily true. This place is much better than we expected. Villas are well organized, and so are the pool and private beach. Breakfast was okay for us. The staff was also kind to us. Front desk staff fluently speaks English. A staff waits for us at the Pier, and he kindly brought our carry bags to the hotel. (They also carry our stuff to the Pier, after they check out.) The location is perfect for us, as I wanted to stay at a quiet place. It is a bit far from the town centre, and it is very quiet at night. (It takes only 10 min to walk to the town centre, so we enjoyed having food and going shopping there too.) We were very happy with this place. If we have another opportunity to stay in Phi Phi Island, we want to stay here again!

Staff were attentive and friendly. The room had plenty of space and was well decorated, bathroom was lovely and the balcony view was beautiful. The pool was clean and quite. There was a steep hill to our room but the staff were so helpful to help us with our bags as well as organising the boat transfer from the pier to the hotel. Check in and out was quick and easy. The coconut waters by the sea is a must!! Lovely bean bags and chairs laid out on the beach - adds a nice personal touch as this accommodation is at the end of the beach so no one is really there. It’s not a long walk to the centre and night markets. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we will be back!!

Dont listen to the bad reviews this place is an absolute gem. Very quiet and romantic surroundings and a super nice private beach. The breakfast and the beachfront bar were superb. The reception staff were super attentive and helpful. The staff looked very happy and the photos don’t show how nice this place really is. We stay two nights in the Holiday inn next door to the Natural and the later one is way more value for many and the staff are more English speaking and helpful here at the Natural. However the rooms are more nicer at the Holiday resort. The staff here has also set up cute little swings and benches all over the property which was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay in the resort. The pool was fantastic with great music and happy hour. Easily accessible to the beach and walking streets. The bass from the party beach can be heard but nothing that interfered with our sleep, or our 3-year-old. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had while travelling. Great selection and the bacon was crispy! 👌🏼 Special mention to Ben who worked in the breakfast area and made a special effort to help our son get his breakfast from the buffet every day. It allowed us to sit and enjoy our breakfast - small wins make a big difference!

Properties in Phi Phi are comparatively more expensive than the main land. This was a good choice, 100 metres from the beach, with a swimming pool, nice buffet breakfast. It's a 5 minute walk to get to the property which is on the other side of the island from the pier. They arranged pick-up and drop for our luggage from the pier. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and it was relaxing. They took cash for the payment at check-in, luckily we had cash. For card payments there was some additional charge.

The location of the hotel was great. Very close to the beach clubs where you can see incredible fire shows and have fun until 2-3 am in the morning. Both pools were amazing. Breakfast offers many options so everyone can find something to get full. It was also a unique experience to have breakfast at the beachside with such an amazing view. The staff was always kind and helpful. If I come back to Phi Phi and the price is still reasonable, I will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place! The beach was just incredible and perfect for the type of holiday we wanted. Snorkeling was unreal and an absolute highlight for us. Our 6 year old was mesmerized by the abundance of colourful fish. Staff were extremely attentive, especially As-ma, who was just a delight! We stayed for 4 nights in a two-bed bungalow which was lovely and well looked after. We were blown away by the incredible fire show. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, true to it's philosophy of simplicity and relaxation. We absolutely loved the cabins, they were stunning, comfortable and he service was always very friendly and the staff were always looking at how to make the stay more comfortable. Everything is thought through, from the transfer to the stay to entertainment. The food is amazing with a whole vegetarian menu with lots of options too. This is one to come back to.

The island is very beautiful.

The island is very beautiful. It's suitable for all types of tourists. The beaches are nice, although the best ones require at least a 20-minute walk. I was pleasantly surprised. Maya bay definitly worth a visit (only acessible by boat). The food is good and varied. The viewpoints are spectacular. Viewpoint 3 is quite far and a bit muddy, but if you're in good physical shape, you can get there easily. Those traveling with children or who have mobility difficulties should avoid accommodations in the mountains. Eat and drink places: THE COFFEE CLUB - Best coffee shop Anna's Restaurant - One of the best places to eat Garlic 1992 - Best restaurant Activities: Day snorkeling trip (if it's not raining). Reggae Bar Phi Phi to watch tourists fighting for fun (not recommended for young children) Beach fire parties (if you want to drink and maybe flirt). Less positive: It would be better to have less polluting and noisy local boats available to reduce pollution and noise. Perhaps with eletrical engines.

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.
