This is a fantastic little homestay, it's super clean and very comfortable. Lovely caring staff and the owner made us feel very welcome. We loved it so much, we extended our stay 2 more nights It is situated at the best location on Cha am beach. Quite and peaceful with plenty of food options near by The beach is beautiful and well worth visiting if your heading south.

It was my 1st time staying in Cha am / Hua Hin with my wife, Mum & sister. The facilities were superb, the room we booked but we were given an upgraded suite & it was exceptional, the staff at baba beach club couldnt do more for us, the staff really make this resort what it is, the level of training they have been given by the company is just incredible & I have to say. .credit is due to all the staff & senior management of Sri Pawan for exceeding our expectations at baba beach club

I loved my stay at Springfield @Sea Resort &Spa. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and always obliging. The room was very comfortable and clean, the shower was absolutely incredible! The swimming pool was wonderful, including the option to have massages by the pool, which I did almost every day I was there! All the food was fantastic; at breakfast, pool restaurant and the coffee restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got welcome drinks when we arrived at the hotel. The staff was super friendly. Our room was on the second floor. A big window where you could see the pool and countryside. Quiet, little accommodation for couples and families with children. The pool was just one step away. Breakfast was served into rooms and you could choose the time from 06.30 to 10.30. We even got a cup of hot chocolate to wish us a good night.

The area around the restaurant is perfect for relaxing on a hot day nearby the river and the resort is beautifully designed with lots of flowers, plants, ponds and two swimming pools. The staff helped with all our special requests like, for example, a vegetarian breakfast that was created just for us or the organisation of our visit to Kaeng Krachan national park. Not a lot to like.

Not a lot to like. There isn't really a beach most of the time - rather a stepped sea wall. It feels a bit rough. Probably not a destination that families should put on their list of places to go to in Thailand.

I have been around Thailand for many years and visited a lot of places but never petchaburi. I was most surprised in a good way. The food options are outstanding the pra nakorn Kiri temple and the mahathat temple are as good as you will see in Thailand and the locals are very friendly. I imagined petchaburi as some boring provincial town but it isn't. It's not a party town though so it's not for all tastes.

Kaeng Krachan is rather remote.

Kaeng Krachan is rather remote. Aside from the National Park, there is nothing much to see. On hindsight, we should have based ourselves in Hua Hin (most recreational activities found there anyway), and taken a day trip to Kaeng Krachan. Rent a vehicle so you're not stuck in the outdated resort like we did and having to eat most of our meals in the resort and dependent on them to drive us around.

Most importantly, the beach was not underwater like the beach at Hua Hin was, due to tides. The beach is pretty clean and there are plenty of reasonably priced vendors to hire a lounge chair from - and they don't harass you when you're walking past. There isn't anything architectural to look at in the town, but it has a nice atmosphere. In the evening, various street food stalls set up along the road at the beach.

This is a fantastic national park, especially for those...

This is a fantastic national park, especially for those people who want to experience lots of wildlife. It doesn't have many facilities ( especially when compared to Khao Yai NP), but camping is available (tents can be hired for a reasonable price) and the two campsites have a basic restaurant ( although check opening times as they often close early). Please note that the top campsite can only be reached by a 4x4, and that the park operates a one-way system to vehicles. Therefore you can only drive up the hill between certain hours, and down again in a different time slot. Wildlife abounds in the park, although much of it can be difficult to see to the casual observer. However, a couple of primate and squirrel species are very common, along with various birds. With luck Gaur, Sun Bear and elephant can be seen, while black Leopard sightings are not uncommon.

Cha Am has very little services and activities so if you like a place to relax, it is great. The livelu Hua Hin is only 15-20 minutes drive away and easy to access with shuttles or taxis (cheap). Hua Hin / Cha Am are golfers’ paradises - there are many nice courses within 30 min drive.

Charming small town, slightly off the tourist beaten track, this isn’t a bad thing! Plenty of temples to visit. Relatively easy to walk to all the main sights. People are very friendly. Some lovely places to eat in the town. There is a rooftop bar at one of the hostels which is a real hidden gem.

Wonderful place to switch off and relax, enjoy nature day and night beautiful sounds , beautiful grounds , chill out , swim , read book , activities, raft down river very gentle , must do at least ones peaceful relaxing resort and surroundings area by car like the King's environment project
