the room is small but everything else was nice and good. theres 7/11 nearby if u want to have dinner or brekkie. also we got the best service ever! we never requested for new towels etc but they still came to our room and provided new towels, water bottles etc. thank you so much!! and they are so so friendly. really enjoyed staying here during our trip.

The location is incredibly convenient. I could easily access the Impact Arena by walking through the skywalk on the hotel's second floor. We went to Bangkok to see Suga's concert in Impact Arena. The location is very near the arena and going to different places in Bangkok is pretty much easy from there. It is also a 3-minute walk to Central Chaengwattana mall which was really helpful for us because we can just run to the grocery or department store for any stuff we need during our stay. Outside the place is a 7-11 store, a laundry and some eateries that are actually very good and cheap. Jay and his team's hospitality is exceptional! They made sure our stay was going well and they even guided us on places we can go to in Bangkok, even the food we can try. They also offered housekeeping everyday, which is something we don't usually get in other accommodations. They provided complimentary bottled water everyday, soap and garbage bags. The place is very simple but it's safe, quiet and clean. It's the perfect accommodation if you are traveling to Bangkok, especially if you're seeing a concert in Impact Arena. Another plus, the place was sooo clean, we did not see any vermin at all. We will book this place again when we go back to Bangkok. Thank you, Jay and the team!

I actually wasn't happy with the breakfast but I understand it was low season and so no buffet which I prefer. However the pool villa was amazing and I highly recommend it . Room service was excellent . We ordered a couple of Gin tonics and tequila shots and it was no problem . I will definitely stay here next time . It was an ideal location for us as I was getting a bamboo tattoo not far away. I only have this to say they have many rooms and a massive swimming pool but if you want a romantic time with your partner get the pool Villa . Staff were excellent and English was was good . I do speak a little Thai but not as good as I would like .This hotel Is an oasis in the middle of a local town . Book it .

every staff are super cute, they really helpful and kind the location is good the room were really clean it was really good experience i would stayed here again if i had chance but one thing the breakfast hall is at 5th floor. When you wlkt out the elevator you can turn left and tell your room number. If you turn right otr staff ask you to turn right it may be the meeting room set up as breakfast hall for tour group, you could tell the staff that you come alone or with friend. but if you enter the wrong place the line up of breakfast is same don't worry.

We arrived late night and the first thing we notice is the smell at the lobby area which is relaxing. The check-in process was smooth and we really like the room. This area far from the center of Bangkok but if you are looking for a place to stay to watch a concert at Impact Arena, this is a good location. I also love that there are nearby restaurants and a small grocery area. I also love the small things ...like the coffee and water accessible for all guests, and the free use of the massage chairs for the guests. <3

Very attentive and kind staff. Beautiful setting and gorgeous villa. Delicious breakfasts! Perfect if looking for somewhere out of the high intensity of bangkok but still close enough to dip into town when wanted. 5 minute cab to Nonthaburi pier, same amount of time to get to Yaek Nonthaburi station for easy and cheap access to the centre of the city. The traditional style Thai villa is incredibly romantic with the lily pond underneath the balcony.

Amazing place. The gym is included and it's really complete. Swimming pool is huge and clean. Also you can play tennis, you need to pay a 100 bath to book the court and 50 for the rackets. Around 30 min to the city centre in taxi. Breakfast was ok, west and asian food, also you can ask for eggs in different preparation.

It all depends on where you stay.

It all depends on where you stay. Location to transport and markets and the room facilities in your residence being the deciding factor. The river ferry goes there if you are near the pier and some areas have trains - buses are plentiful if you know which ones to use.

I didn’t really walk around the area so I can’t comment. But it is very near to impact arena where the concert was held which was the reason I come to Thailand . I would love to explore Cosmo Bazzar though I just didn’t have enough time . Food are cheap and grab taxi are very affordable.

Did not get around to explore the area beyond their Mall, but the area seems easy to navigate, isn't downtown Bangkok crazy with traffic and noise, and has very few high rises. The new Pink line MRT is great, and will get you anywhere you need to in the Bangkok area.

It is an old and run-down building.

It is an old and run-down building. On the walkway to the room, there are several plumbing renovation spots. The door for entering the room is small. The bathroom is old and cramped. Beddings and towels are poor. I think it is overpriced for this standard.

Everything you could need in very close proximity.

Everything you could need in very close proximity. Huge Malls and great bars & restaurants all of which are amazing value for money. You can get a metered taxi to Bangkok City Centre and other great destinations for under 200 Baht which is around £5 at today’s exchange rate. The metro system is also very cheap and you have a station yards away from the hotel. I had a wonderful time in Nonthaburi and cannot wait to come back. The locals are wonderful and very friendly.
