What an amazing place! I had such a great time at Zenity 🙏🏽🤍. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a beautiful garden with pool. Despite its location, it is still very close to shops, restaurant, the beach (walking distance). The large rooms were extremely clean 💯. Free use of large semi-open kitchen (a great place for me to work 💻) and gym. The little details - like the interiors, the folded towels, the environmentally conscious thoughts - made me extra happy 😀. The whole staff is great; were just there when needed! I really recommend staying here and hope to come back again 🙌🏽.

Nam was a great host, she helped us get an excellent ocean view room. She also helped arrange scooter for our travel to the market. Service throughout was fantastic and very proactive. We were allowed a late checkout upon request as we were late in packing our stuff. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive. The massage lady onsite had amazing technique and was very knowledgeable. The room quality was of a very high standard, furnishings and equipment was very modern. Although we didn’t use it but the property has direct access to the beach and swimming pool. If we visit Ko Samui again we will definitely be staying at Blue Mango and would really want Nam as our host again !!!

Palm Trees and Pristine Seas

One of Thailand’s most famous islands, Koh Samui (or Ko Samui) is a tropical paradise whose palm trees emerge from the pristine white sands at unbelievable angles, and whose offshore reefs make for great diving.

The most developed resort is Chaweng, though most bars and clubs are set back from the beautiful beach, so the views are still wonderful. Slightly less lively is Lamai, though its beach is no less impressive. Both of these resorts are home to a large number of Koh Samui hotels with private pools, a popular requirement of many visitors, despite the wonderfully warm waters.

Lipa Noi in the west faces Thailand’s east coast and has some beautiful sunsets, while the northern fishing village of Bo Phut is gaining in popularity. Nearby Mae Nam and Cheong Mon both have sweeping beaches that gently shelve into the sea, making them popular family choices.

Travellers don't go tot Koh Samui for its sights – but interesting attractions include the Big Buddha at Bangrak’s Wat Phra Yai temple, and the Wat Khunaram Ko Samui temple inland from Hua Thanon.

This is an extremely scenic resort, with beautiful gardens, and a gorgeous pool with a sea view. The breakfast was quite great, with a wide array of options to suit every palate. Additionally, the restaurants and bar had a good selection of drinks and the happy hour was a nice touch. The gym was very well-equipped, and the complimentary classes like Mui Thai, yoga, and Pilates were a welcome addition. We could also use SUP boards on the beach at no extra cost. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, ensuring the rooms were cleaned twice daily, which contributed to a comfortable stay.

The stunning views. The size of the villa. The hotel's resident goats! The exceptional personalized service blew me away. There was one day when my guest relations officer noticed my car wasn't in the hotel carpark after dark. she recalled that I had mentioned that morning that I might visit one of the other resorts just to have a look around. But, because it poured that day, I changed my plans. My guest relations officer tried to track me down at the other resort, worried that something might have happened to me. I was deeply touched by the level of care!

The vibe is great here, makes you feel you're at the right place. It's a beach club, lots of space at the pool which is overlooking the beach and you can go back and forth between the two. Music and entertainment day and night, classy, suitable for young and old. Rooms are very pretty, amazing beds, everything works. The umbrellas provided in the closet are a nice touch.

I read a lot of reviews about the amazing beaches of Koh Samui. I tried many of them and I can tell with confidence that Chaweng was the best by miles. I was based in Chaweng and I though to check the other beaches. I walked all over Lamai, which is very panoramic, but there is a constant stink wherever you go and the beach inside has a lot of corals/rocks that will probably hurt your feet. Crystal Bay was tiny, not comfortable because of the corals and overcrowded. I didnt see Fisherman Village beach while the others on the east side looked dirty. Choose Chaweng

Lamai is for those who like things to be bit slow and quiet.

Lamai is for those who like things to be bit slow and quiet. You will do everything that is possible on the Island in less than 4 days, after that you either enjoy the sun, pool, beach or numerous cocktail places. It's at bay s you wont have to worry yourself about natural disasters such as Tsunami.

We really enjoyed this area of Koh Samui.

We really enjoyed this area of Koh Samui. Our resort (Hansar Resort & Spa) was perfectly located and very comfortable. Fisherman's Village was in easy walking distance from our resort and gave us easy access to plenty of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, massage, etc. Unfortunately, we were down for the count most of our trip with stomach issues so we did not venture outside the Bophut area. Even with the illness, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and plan to return soon and explore the rest of the island.

The resort was fantastic!

The resort was fantastic! The individual villas were great as it didn't feel like a hotel. These gave a more relaxed atmosphere to the resort. The pool was very pretty. The restaurant was spacious and the service efficient along with the delicious food and wine. Great value, a super location and a really pretty resort!

We spent our vacation staying with family at a truly exceptional resort. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every moment was a pleasure, from the incredibly diverse and delicious breakfasts to the spotlessly clean rooms and grounds. The breathtaking views were enhanced every day, and the availability of amenities like yoga and the gym added the perfect balance to our stay. Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

There are only two bungalows facing the beach and they are...

There are only two bungalows facing the beach and they are AMAZING!! We did not want to leave our hotel. Some of the other rooms looked nice too but faced the garden walkway. One bungalow faced a concrete wall. You get what you pay for. Loved this place so much.

Loved our room! It was very spacious,clean & comfortable. The bed and pillows met our expectations. The pool was huge! Great for children or grown ups. A very ambient,quiet resort set on the beach front. The beach chairs are very comfortable and the best place to chill with a book or take in the amazing views. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is very peaceful and we ordered a taxi or grab to go to dinner in the evening. We had drinks at the Hotel pub one evening. Overall a great stay & value for the rates. The breakfast was sufficient …eggs and fresh fruit/toast/pastries. Handy if you have a motor bike to get around the Island as grab is expensive. .

Great location in a quiet area of the island. Massage , supermarket and restaurant facilities nearby. Relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Friendly staff at the hotel and nearby commerce. Waterfall near by.
