They had even arranged the beach mats in every room. I think that's the points that implies their good services: good breakfasts, good staffs, good accommodation and hygiene, good location and everything:). I renewed my check out date for even 2 times. The best hotel in Koh Tao, I think.

The girl who was at the check in was so amazing, I didn’t ask her name but she was so kind I don’t think she realised how welcome and at home she made me feel. Lovely staff such a good vibe here, I didn’t get a chance to go diving with these guys but their equipment and facilities looked very good! I also got the exact room I ordered online which I wasn’t expecting to be honest so very happpy with that to. Bar on the beach is good to 160B for a cocktail which is one of the nicer prices I’ve seen. Also called a tuk tuk for me in the morning when I had to leave so that was helpful too! They also have tanks to fill up your water bottle which personally I have not seen yet being Thailand so thought that was cool.

Great stay, located walking distance to Mae Haad (via the beach / street parallel to the beach). Breakfast with a fantastic view onto the beach and the pier at the distance. The hotel has a little beach alcove that is lovely for swimming and light snorkel next to the rocks. The staff was very helpful and kind, everything was great. Our bungalow was perfectly situated near the pools and the reception which was handy. That made the walk to the breakfast very short too. The room itself was lovely and comfortable. They provided us with beach towels, beach mats, sarong and fabric bag to use during our stay at our leasure.

Koh Tao Montra Resort was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our stay in this resort very much. Beach villa was newly renovated and very comfortable. Also food was very delicious. One of the advantageous for divers is that the resort has its own diving centre so you can easily book and arrange your dives without necessity to visit other diving centres. All diving instructors were very helpful and good company. We definitely wish to come back as soon as possible.

Very relaxing, tranquil place! We stayed in the ocean view room and it was beautiful and relaxing having a coffee on the balcony looking out over the jungle and sea. Bed and bedding super comfy! Very classy modern design and relaxing colour palette! Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast. Free shuttles to and from the beach but we mainly walked down to the beach (only 10min).

Beautiful gardens with a four clear blue swimming pools. Spacious rooms. We stayed in a Hilltop Bungelow. Very helpful staff. A golf cart will take you up the steep road to your unit. Well organised dive shop. 5 dive options per day. Very close to the busy beachfront street with lots of options for good food and massages

Loved Koh Tao the ocean was beautiful to swim in.

Loved Koh Tao the ocean was beautiful to swim in. It is definitely very popular with the younger crowd we were travelling as a family of 5 and we had the best time. One daughter got her diving ticket the rest of us hired a long boat and went snorkeling it was fantastic

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in...

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in October. My husband and daughter had some of the best scuba diving experiences and they would definitely love to go back and do more dives (yet there are so many other places to go and see....). We stayed in the southeast for the first part of the trip, and found that to be a bit secluded - great resort, but a little too isolated and cut off for us overall. The second half we stayed in Sairee Beach area and it was amazing! So much going on and great restaurants and sunset views at your fingertips. We had wanted to rent scooters to explore the island more, but after seeing the condition of the roads (very steep and sharp turns), and so many people with "Thailand tattoos" from road rash, we decided against it, so we didn't get to see as much as we'd hoped. Maybe next time....
