I recommend this hotel! It’s brand new, super clean (which was really important to me), and just overall a great place to stay. It’s not right on the main street, but it’s only a short walk from everything and if you’ve got a scooter, it’s perfect! The girls who work at the hotel and even their taxi driver are the nicest!

Everything was beyond excellent and our stay was smooth and amazing. We stayed at B2 room (the one which has bathroom and bedroom on one level) and it was fantastic. Super comfy, big bed, room was spotless clean. Every day our towels were changed and room cleaned up. We also got water bottles every day. The staff is very helpful and polite. Because we came for our honeymoon we received a complimentary bottle of wine and a vouchers to one of the restaurants which was very tasty. The taxi from and to the Pier on our arrival and departure was arranged by the hotel and it was also complimentary. We also rented a bike from them and gave our laundry to be done without any problems and for good price. 100% recommended! If we will ever come back to Koh Tao this will be our place to stay. Thank you very much!

We managed to get the last room before it booked out and I’m not surprised. The location is stunning with the bar and tables backing out onto the beach, wholesome details like the hammock and book exchange make this boardwalk hotel feel like home. But the staff were the best thing about the experience. From the minute we arrived going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable after our long transfer, swiftly sorting our rooms and offering us advice on what to do and where best to get things. Entered and customers and left as friends. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you want a chilled place to stay in Ko Tao!

This hotel has the most perfect, most beautiful smile, most hardworking manager (Mat) and staff you can see in the world, I would like to thank manager Mat again, Linn, Fai, Min Thura Soe, Cowboy and all the staff whose names I don't know. You are amazing guys. I felt like I was at home. First of all, the room is very big, very clean, has a magnificent sunset. There is a reef in the sea in front of the hotel, I didn't even need to go to another bay. And the food is beyond amazing, the chef's food is extremely delicious, I didn't even go to another restaurant for 7 days. Thank you for making my holiday wonderful. I will never forget you and I will come again. I loved you all very much 🙏🙏🙏❤️

Lovely staff here ,Four and the team are really lovely people and help out straight away when a problem, it’s out of town what I like so quite peaceful place round by pool area , but town only a short ride away , also a cafe on site run by Jay real friendly guy and his English is really good and helped me sort out a fishing trip and long tail boat . Their extraordinary friendliness and attentiveness made us feel valued and well-cared for. They seemed to anticipate our needs, adding a personal touch to our stay that was truly exceptional. Dining at the resort's restaurant was a culinary delight. Each meal was more than just tasty; it was a feast for the senses, especially with the picturesque backdrop of Shark Bay enhancing our dining experience. While snorkeling in front of the resort, we were struck by the changes in the underwater world. The once vibrant coral reefs showed signs of environmental impact, with many corals not as lively as they used to be. Despite this, we were fortunate to see a variety of fish, some sharks, and even some turtles, which was a memorable part of our adventure. Our diving course, led by the skilled and reassuring instructor Neo, was a highlight. We felt safe and well taken care of, making our diving experience enjoyable and stress-free. The room service at the resort deserves high praise. On days when we were too tired to dine out, the quality and promptness of the service made our in-room dining just as special as eating at the restaurant. The reception staff were incredible, efficiently taking care of our needs with a level of service that made us feel like they could almost read our minds. And the massages – they were heavenly. Each massage left us feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and ready to enjoy our next adventure. In summary, our stay at Jamahkiri Dive Resort was an unforgettable blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty.

My partner and I were very positively surprised by the location and staff. We had a surprise in the room, a card on bed and cake for the birthday of my girlfriend. Prior to visiting I shared it will be her bday that day. My girlfriend was so surprised she left them a thank you letter. Regarding facilities 2 big pools and a smaller shared pool with our neighbors and a gym, we didn’t use any of it as we have been exhausted after a few hours snorkeling. Prior to check in on arrival they arranged for us on request a private long tail to go around the island for snorkeling. I expected to pay more as what I was charged. We live on Koh Phangan and will definitely be returning here for more exploration of Koh Tao. Overall very satisfied with our stay 💚 Thank you!

Hotel is really nice and well located (10mn driving from pier, 10mn walking/2mn driving from restaurants and nightlife). Calm atmosphere, nice view, easy shuttle to pier or town. Strengh of the place is however the scuba diving school. Hotel has a dedicated 3.5m deep pool to practice. Not sure I could have found a better place to do my Open Water certification. Johnny was the perfect teacher. humanly and technically skilled as well as really friendly and funny. I don't see how I could have had a better trainer.

My friend and I stayed 3 nights and loved every minute! We ate most of our meals at the restaurant and they were all very delicious, we never had a bad meal. The massaman curry and fried tofu in particular were superb. The bar staff also make delicious drinks, we drank frozen margaritas every day! The workers were all very lovely and it was nice to see them having fun at work whilst still tending to us. We loved the family friendly atmosphere and it made us feel very much at home.

The location is perfect, with the hotel situated right on the beach and close to the pier. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including complimentary bottles of water provided daily. We had a beach view, which was the cherry on top. The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and kind. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean.

Besides being amazing and really big, the room also had a big terrace with a table and hammoc. The hotel is right on the beach, but a bit difficult to get to (a taxi is better). The pool is gorgeous and the surroundings are picturesque. Hotel staff were very nice and speak english very well :)

Gorgeous stay. Hotel had a 24/7 golfcart service as our room was quite far back on the hill so that was very helpful after a big day of diving! The grounds were incredible and the location was so perfect. The staff were very helpful. There are 4 swimming pools!!

Awesome beach. Free transfer 3 times a day to the pier and to the "party beach". Cozy restaurant in the middle of the resort, a little pricey though. We changed three hotels. With a price of 2500 baht per night Haadtien destroyed its completion at Koh Tao.

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in...

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in October. My husband and daughter had some of the best scuba diving experiences and they would definitely love to go back and do more dives (yet there are so many other places to go and see....). We stayed in the southeast for the first part of the trip, and found that to be a bit secluded - great resort, but a little too isolated and cut off for us overall. The second half we stayed in Sairee Beach area and it was amazing! So much going on and great restaurants and sunset views at your fingertips. We had wanted to rent scooters to explore the island more, but after seeing the condition of the roads (very steep and sharp turns), and so many people with "Thailand tattoos" from road rash, we decided against it, so we didn't get to see as much as we'd hoped. Maybe next time....

Excellent town and beaches stunning view's from my hotel right in beach , golden sands lots bars and restaurants available on beach and in town , excellent ferry service and transfer to hotel lots beach activities available crystal clear waters wonderful food in town excellent shopping mall and night market, great place to enjoy for all family very safe place highly recommended visiting recommended use the ferry service for all your transfer they very well organised and peace of mind

LOVELY PLACE..SMALL TOWN AND LESS CROWDED AND PLENTY OF DIVE-WORTHY SPOTS ALL AROUND..PLENTY OF BEAUTIFUL BEACHES ALL AROUND AND ALL ACCESSIBLE BY SMALL BOATS.. ITS A DIVERS PARADISE..ESPECIALLY KOH-NANGYUAN
