we loved it all :) rooms are beautiful, comfortable and they were cleaned everyday. we stayed for 7 nights and would happily stay more. our lovely receptionist made our stay here better than we expected. she would always welcome us with her beautiful smile and the best recommendations to enjoy the island. we rent our bike with them, booked a snorkeling trip and laundry service too. location was great for us, it’s not in the center - like sairee beach - but it’s halfway for everything and it’s a good place to relax and chill. they also offer a free taxi service from the pier to the hotel and the other way around too!! we totally recommend and would be back :)

I had a wonderful stay at the Mar Ozo Hotel. The girls at reception were so nice, kind, and extremely helpful, which made check-in a very pleasant experience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with a really nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was always hot water available. I also appreciated the little details like water in the fridge and being well taken care of while waiting for the room to be ready. Overall, an excellent stay – highly recommended!

I took the studio room which was a bit more expensive, but was worth every penny. The room is a suite with a beautiful balcony done with lots of attention to detail and comfort. Staff was super helpful and Mike (not sure what his Thai name is), arranged everything I needed (scooter, ferry tickets etc). It is great feeling when a room exceeds expectations

We loved our stay at Cape Shark Villas! The view was something I could never get tired of.. we stayed in C16B which is at the top of the property, so we got a nice view of the mountains, as well as the Ocean. As other reviews have mentioned you do have to walk down to the swimming area (and up!), and it is quite steep.. however this is not a problem for us at all, but just should be noted if in relation of which villa you are booking on the property. The staff were very helpful + friendly, especially Maximiliano. He was extremely helpful in booking everything for us, and we had some great conversations with him! The room itself was very clean, the shower had hot water, the pool was warm, the bed was comfortable, and the fan/AC kept us cool throughout the night. We have no complaints, and have already talked about when we can come back! During our stay we did a message, and we took a water taxi out to Koh Nang Yuan, both organized by the hotel. Would recommend both experiences. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great location, on the quieter side of town but still walkable to all the great spots! The staff were so great here, we had issues with checking in very late and they were so helpful with everything and were able to help us with a free taxi transfer back to the pier as well as with hiring a scooter and sorting laundry. Also has a beautiful pool area overlooking the beach. Just wish we’d spent more time here!

Place was amazing. Picked up by the free shuttle taxi from the ferry boat and taken right to reception. Reception was very helpful and friendly in giving us a speedy check in and helping with any queries. Room was such great value for money and felt really clean and nice. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Location was also super.

Loved the poolside access and the room facilities. Loved the fact they came and picked me up from the ferry. Loved the massage hut and easy access to everything. The staff were helpful and really lovely to help my stay. I totally recommend choosing Seashell Resort when you come to Koh Tao.

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in...

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in October. My husband and daughter had some of the best scuba diving experiences and they would definitely love to go back and do more dives (yet there are so many other places to go and see....). We stayed in the southeast for the first part of the trip, and found that to be a bit secluded - great resort, but a little too isolated and cut off for us overall. The second half we stayed in Sairee Beach area and it was amazing! So much going on and great restaurants and sunset views at your fingertips. We had wanted to rent scooters to explore the island more, but after seeing the condition of the roads (very steep and sharp turns), and so many people with "Thailand tattoos" from road rash, we decided against it, so we didn't get to see as much as we'd hoped. Maybe next time....

Excellent town and beaches stunning view's from my hotel right in beach , golden sands lots bars and restaurants available on beach and in town , excellent ferry service and transfer to hotel lots beach activities available crystal clear waters wonderful food in town excellent shopping mall and night market, great place to enjoy for all family very safe place highly recommended visiting recommended use the ferry service for all your transfer they very well organised and peace of mind
