I had an amazing stay at Yang Yai Garden Hotel. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and the rooms felt brand new. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Mr. Ping he is more than just a manager, he takes care of you like a true family member. He went above and beyond for me, even when he didn’t have to, and I’m deeply grateful for his kindness and hospitality. This place is a must stay in Koh Phangan. You don’t have to worry about a thing you’ll be in good hands from the moment you arrive. Without a doubt, one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommend checking it out 💚

For tips and help with anything you might need, don't hesitate to ask them and they'll solve all your problems and even offer you a delicious iced caramel cappuccino made with love! Amazing place right on the beach with that ‘Robinson Crusoe’ feeling about the place! Lovely setting with the most beautiful beach and not crowded at this end. The room was exceptional with an amazing balcony with two large beach loungers. We really loved the staff and owner and how friendly and courteous they all were.

I appreciated the thoughtfulness in assigning a Japanese-speaking person to my case. That person was very kind and arranged everything for us, from transportation to and from the full moon party. I also liked the fact that we were able to take room charges without needing to pay cash for everything in the resort. If you are staying here, you should always book the hotel's own speedboat. We took a other boat when we came and it was the worst because it was so far away. We took a private boat on the way back and it was much shorter. The information from the hotel will come when you make a reservation, so make your reservation there.

fantastic! the rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful and offer a nice view to the sea or the pool. the area around is calm, and quiet at night so you can find true relaxation. they have a little beach restaurant where you can have breakfast. the western food will not get a gault millau star, but the staff is very friendly and courteous. you can rent a scooter right at the hotel, which is needed to explore the island. if you walk the beach about 10 min south, there is a little beach restaurant where I had the best pad thai in my life. we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely come back.

beautiful views, lovely staff, a great selection on the food menu there was a lovely man who served us who doesn’t stop smiling we love him. and teddy at the front desk was lovely and very helpful too one of the best places we stayed at in Thailand. All of the staff are so hard working and nice even the gardeners who keep the greenery up to scratch were lovely and showed us where to go. our room was huge too and we reccomend to everyone we know.

We loved our stay at Panviman! We had a room with a private pool and a beautiful view. It was quiet and private and romantic. The staff at reception and the tuktuk drivers were very kind and helped us with anything we needed. At the entrance to the resort you have a little village with everything you can think of - food, massage, laundry, taxi etc. Loved our stay and highly recommend!

Haad Rin is a beautiful beach with plenty of bars and...

Haad Rin is a beautiful beach with plenty of bars and restaurants lining the shore and lots of shops, restaurants around the strip. During Full Moon week, the atmosphere gets wild—every venue competes with fire shows and loud music, creating a chaotic but energetic vibe. I imagine the off-season must be much more relaxing, though I haven’t experienced it myself. Personally, I found the Full Moon Party a bit disappointing, though that might be due to my expectations. I'm 40+, and I was hoping for a more organized event with better music and a diverse crowd—people of all ages from different parts of the world. Instead, it felt more like a chaotic gathering of mostly very young partygoers (early 20s), primarily from England, Germany, and Denmark, whose main focus seemed to be drinking and drugs. I choose to stay in Bann Tai for its central location. There are much nicer locations on the island to stay, however if you are like me, and like to explore, then this location is best as its in the middle of the coast line, and its close to central heart road ways that take you to any part of the island quickly.

The night life - bars, cafés, markets, and I enjoyed getting a massage after all the walking around. There are many massage parlors and massages are so affordable here. Also, the service at the massage parlors is very good.

Amazing place on the island.

Amazing place on the island. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and more. Nothing is too far really, jump on the bike and go 15min to another spot, be very careful in the corners when riding your bike......lots of people get a "Koh Phangan" tattoo there meaning they crash and the scars. Sand in corners means, slow down!!! I recommend Papaya Massage for great Thai and oil massage. Enjoy a great beautiful Phangan.

I was in haad rin beach, it pretty much is a village. A nice one, but no sidewalks, everything is cheap, a bit dirty. Compared to Phuket it really is a small village. But the full moon party was amazing, so much fun! So it definitely was worth it!

It feels mostly private and is surrounded by resorts. The beach is beautiful, shallow waters, a nearby reef, plenty of fish to spot while swimming or snorkeling. It completely changes from low tide (early morning) through high tide (from 11 to 5pm). During high tide, there’s not much sand left, but the resort’s sunbeds are perfectly positioned for relaxing just in front of the beach. Nice sunset views too (not directly but close)

Great location , lovely village great restaurants, not over crowded , family friendly. We ate in many local restaurants , the food was superb and very reasonably . Good variety of shops and supermarkets , we didn't travel outside the resort as didn't need to but plenty of taxis if needed

Lovely area on Koh Phangan.

Lovely area on Koh Phangan. Many local and also westernised food places (Ann's and Shish Kebab were our favourites!), shops and of course pristine beaches. Worth hiring a scooter to explore around and enjoy the island vibes.

Location - it was like a dream.

Location - it was like a dream. And they had a broom right outside our door so when the inevitable sand was tracked into our room, we could clean it up. We never ate in the restaurant so I can't say how it was, but the other options nearby were excellent. If you're staying longer than 3 nights and want to see more than just the hotel and its surroundings, you'll want to rent a scooter.

My Wife Georgie & I just finished our wonderful 7 day stay at Kupu Kupu villas, I can honestly say hand on heart that was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had (and we have stayed at a lot of nice places) The setting is beautiful, tranquil and absolutely perfect for relaxing. Positioned perfectly with a semi private beach & shallow waters which are serene & very warm. The rooms & amenities are all fantastic, incredibly clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The food was exceptional as was the service all round. And the staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of there way to look after us across the week. We would like to give special mention to San, Bank and especially Admin who was absolutely incredible with us all week, we felt incredibly well looked after and were made to feel the personal touch of spectacular service. One of the most special aspects of the hotel is it feels so incredibly private, every villa was booked up whilst we were there, but the pool and sun loungers were never overused which created a very private & relaxing setting. We will 100% be coming back to stay here, I have already recommended to multiple friends! Thank you
