A beautiful location, we were the first guests in a new bungalow that was directly overlooking the river, a wonderfully comfortable bed and outside kitchen ideal for preparing food and snacks. We really enjoyed the natural setting and being looked after by the family + next door was a superb restaurant where we had the best meals we have yet eaten in Thailand at a very affordable price.

The place is amazing, surrounded by the jungle. I love the glamping vibes. The staff is really nice and reliable. My wood house was very nice with a comfortable bed.

These guys have put in so much effort in making the stay so very memorable! Honestly do not hesitate to book Praiwan Raft House for your stay on the lake. - Beautiful Raft, very comfortable cabin - Very good food, incredibly attentive to my allergies, served with a smile and always offering round 2 alongside tea and coffee always accessible - All staff where lovely & a good laugh - Options to buy extra snacks / Miskito repellant ect on boat (snacks, drinks) with obviously higher coast as it's in the middle of no where ;) We were concerned by the organisation from previous reviews but could not fault it. You just have to go a bit with the flow for the jungle trek/ bamboo raft and be appropriately dressed ect as they will not provide guidance for this - The cave we did was very safe & accessible but your own headtorch is handy ( they give big ones but a few per boat)

The staff were so helpful and lovely! They cooked us amazing food every morning and also provide traditional Thai lunch and dinner for only a little extra price! I highly recommend this place :)
