It was the loveliest stay ever. Everything was so comfortable and CLEAN! The beds were so heavenly soft, rooms were clean, always stocked up with water. I arrived on my birthday and the building manager surprised me with a little cheesecake tart and a candle (I presume she saw it on my passport because I didn't mention it). It was a very sweet and personal touch to the stay. As many have mentioned, it's tuck slightly far away so it's quiet. There's a 7E nearby. If you love walking then the distance wouldn't bother you, if not, it can get quite tiring because most things are quite a fair distance but bolt is super cheap so that came in handy for us. All the staff members were really sweet and friendly. It was perfect.

The best staff ever had in a hotel. Unlimited fruits and cold bottled water was so refreshing to have available whenever! The bathroom was lovely, especially the bath. Best value for money, really good location. Laundry service was amazing, clothes folded and smelt amazing. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the pool was great!

Beautiful resort in mountain setting. Most of all, great service; everyone was very helpful and kind. Loved the breakfast and food at the "Higher Room." Really lovely blend of city and country side Lots to see and do Very cultural and diverse Lots of great coffee shops, food and sights Very temple heavy! Good luck fitting all 70 in the old city in! Easy enough to walk around or get a grab or songtow (shared taxi bus) 10-15 minutes from the airport Great overnight trip to Pai but the road is very bendy and may cause travel sickness but well worth it Smile organic cooking class is fantastic £20 pp, 3 courses, pick up and drop off. Main night market is hectic. All the same stuff at others, find a quieter spot!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lhong Chiang Dao Glamping in Chiang Mai, and I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. One of the most magical moments was at night—around 11 PM onwards, the sky came alive with countless stars, offering an awe-inspiring view you rarely get to experience in the city. If you’re looking for a solid glamping experience with unparalleled hospitality, breathtaking natural surroundings, and starry skies, Lhong Chiang Dao Glamping is the place to go. Lovely place for spending a relaxed weekend. Watch the sunrise over teh valley, stare into the clear skies and the stars at night. Visit the tribal villages, the fruit orchards (strawberries and oranges) and the flower gardens. Enjoy a tranquil time.

Chom Tong is a small town about 1.5 hour from Chiang Mai.

Chom Tong is a small town about 1.5 hour from Chiang Mai. Travellers use it as the base to explore Doi Inthanon. There is a decent choice of F&B establishments, supermarket, cinema, etc. Best explored if you have transport (rental car or taxi service which can be booked by the day)

Mae Chaem is an amazing little village with great air...

Mae Chaem is an amazing little village with great air quality, which is a rare thing in Thailand. With lots of greenery and nature trails, you'll never get bored in this place. Food is also cheap and tasty. The people are nice and always smiling. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nature retreat.

The property is far from anything and the road is quite hard to get up especially at night as there are no street lights. The view is easily the main attraction though as well as the bathtub. Food was the Moo Kata which was 490 which was about right for 2 people. Breakfast was okay.

I really love the vibe in Chiang Mai.

I really love the vibe in Chiang Mai. Enjoyed Wat Khang Bann the most. I went for CAD lantern festival, it was incredible experience. Mae Tang Elephant park and clinic was a good place, I watched VDO from the doctor who works to help elephants there, this place takes care of elephants really well. You can do Rafting here and visit long neck tribe in Mea Tang. Mae Khan Pong Village is a must place, you should stay for 1 night. Mae Chiang Dao is the best place to stay during winter Nov-Dec. You will see the fog sea and panorama view (recommend to stay with locals) The food was so amazing, I tried Northern food. The best Khao Soi is Lung Prakit Kad Kom (Recommended by local) It’s difference vibe. I love Phuket but when I came to Chiang Mai, I love here even more.

Welcoming little town well worth visiting. The temple and the caves are great but the best thing for me was that I stumbled into a bar up near the cave which is called . . The Cave bar. This place has to be visited if at all possible. Wonderful hostess and a really chilled, funky vibe.

You will appreciate the morning fresh air & cool cloudy fog if you dont mind walking to the flower farm nearby within 15min walk . For Muslim, even though it is only one restaurant that offer halal food , but the taste was worth the price. Will repeat next time if i travel to Chiang Mai.
