This was a great hotel with many amazing facilities. The restaurant buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. The gym and pool was great on top of the relaxing spa and massage facilities. The staff was very polite and helping us to get around Bangkok in terms of restaurant and other recommendations. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location. Close to BTS and walking distance from Silom area. A lot of restaurants around but also the restaurant in the hotel is really good “SOI Bangkok”. The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and the taste of the breakfast — everything was amazing. But the hotel staff were even better than all of that. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was clear they had excellent service training — even down to placing the coffee cup according to the guest's preference. They fulfilled special requests with great care and attention. We also experienced the earthquake during our stay at this hotel, and they handled the crisis remarkably well, making us feel safe throughout. I’m truly grateful to all of them. From the housekeeping staff to the reception, from the chef who prepared the delicious breakfasts to the attentive servers — this was the best staff experience I’ve ever had.

Everything was excellent from the start. Staff were kind and helpful, the room clean and comfy and the breakfast varied and delicious. Then there was an earthquake! The first one in Bangkok for at least 30 years I'm told. Here is where the staff went absolutely above and beyond! Despite having never experienced an earthquake before the staff (every single one that I could see) stayed calm and collected and focused on helping the guests. They knocked on doors to make sure everyone was out, they directed guests to the emergency stairs, handed out water on the way down and I even personally witnessed a staff member helping a man carry his wife down the stairs as another member of staff followed with her crutches. Once everyone was outside the hotel the emergency do not cross line was up in no time, staff were asking after guest's well being, somehow produced a chair for the lady on crutches and continued to hand out water. They also helped stop traffic and lead guests over the 4 lanes to the other side just in case. I would personally like to thank John, Ae, Zach and Nani for their exceptional treatment of me during the whole crisis. Once the building was safe to reenter, the staff were immediately manning the lobby desk to field questions and help as they were able. The elevators were non functional pending inspection which is clearly something the staff have no control over but they were still apologising for the inconvenience and in one case I witnessed helping a guest who asked for it get their luggage from the room despite having to climb up to the 30th floor. Everyone that wanted to check out was offered a refund on the rest of their stay but what amazed me as I chose to stay was that the next morning they had already cleaned the corridors of any debris from cracked walls and ceilings, were working hard on cleaning all the rooms and even had the breakfast service up and running!

We stay in Bangkok regularly because we have family there. This hotel is currently our favourite for extended stays Thai style. The room we prefer is a suite with separate bedroom. Very large with great city view. The main pool is quiet and huge. Downstairs in the morning is awesome market street food. The Canal Boat stops here and is extremely convenient for reaching the main tourist sites without traffic. For us easy access to the Old City as well as the commercial Center by boat during the day is a big plus. The hotel has hired new management and I expect this we lead to long term improvements. We have absolutely no complaints about the very courteous staff. This was our second stay in the hotel. Thank you Mr Yai for arranging the room we requested.

A wonderful first stay in Thailand! Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and the staff was very helpful. We loved the infinity pool on the 25th floor—it was clean, the water temperature was perfect, and the views were breathtaking! Upon arrival, we were offered a room upgrade, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The upgrade placed us on a higher floor and gave us access to the lounge area, where we enjoyed a couple of hours of complimentary cocktails and snacks. Sitting outside with a stunning view of the city was truly special. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The city is easily walkable and well connected by MRT or BTS. You can also take a Grab or a Tuk-Tuk. As a local transit hub, train stations like old Bang Sue and Grand Bang Sue can connect you with cities like Chiang Mai and Ayutthaya. If you can’t book a train ticket, there is still the bus terminal of Mochit, near Chatuchak, and the one of Ekkamai, where you can take the bus to other parts of Thailand. Worth visiting in Bangkok: As a day trip, the Royal Palace, wat Pho next to it; then cross the river in the afternoon to Wat Arun. These location can easily be reached be MRT, Exit Chanam Chai. Wat Don Muan is a nice temple. Beautiful and peaceful.

Wat Don Muan is a nice temple. Beautiful and peaceful. There is a local market near the temple. Interesting to watch around and taste local foods and fruits. People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.

The location was centralized for the areas I wanted to go and visit. It’s important to keep in mind where you want to eat and where you want to go and see the ancient cities were all around. It was perfect. The location had a beautiful view and the room was excellent.

I had lived in Bangkok for > 10 years, and chose Bangna due to it's easy connection to the airport, good facilities and transport links to the city centre. This stay was at the end of a 3 week road trip covering 3000km. Next time I would plan to stay a few more days in Bangna.

I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

not recommended to book in this hotel. much under...

not recommended to book in this hotel. much under expectation and less standard than the rate and photos in booking. all was bad. Especially the hotel charged me with extra night for the checked out day and withdraw from my bank visa without justification, or mentioning this in the policy of the hotel. when I copmlained to hotel and booking, my money never return back to my bank account for one extra night though the booking.com followed them and they lied saying we transferred the money to my bank account after booking complain without transferring the money for the checked out night they took, or providing providing bank statement of the transfer. I am still trying to get my ony back hopeless since they do not answer my messages sent to the hotel through booing and booking is not replying back to me, no valid number I can contact, or message after several trials. both the hotel and booking does not reply, or have easy access for communication to return the money back and send supporting document of the the transfer. BAD SERVICES FROM BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM who ignored my request after following it up with the hotel at the beginings and promised the money with be transferred back to my account that had been withdrawn from it the check out night as per their complain and communication with the hotel.

Bang Sue is a nice, offbeat area.

Bang Sue is a nice, offbeat area. It is home to Chatuchak, my favourite market in Bangkok, and the Grand Central Station, where you can catch the train to Vientiane (Laos). Overall, far from the crowds with the true beating heart of Bangkok.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Good location with easy access to Sukhumvit MRT and Ashok BTS within 5 mins walking distance. Also have a very nice Makkha spa next to the hotel.

We chose the place for the location quite close to the airport. This would be the only reason to stay here. The rooms are clean and spacious, the price is fair. We would stay again for the last night before leaving Thailand.
