Brand new hotel, excellent location, very good breakfast. The staff is kind and the lobby looks like a beautiful art museum! The breakfast takes a bit, but the options are worth it, I especially enjoyed the salmon avocado toast and the poached eggs. You also have the boat station right in the back of the hotel, and 7 Eleven and ATM right near the hotel.

Beautiful spacious rooms with great facilities. The pool and garden was beautiful. Had a good workout at the gym too. Breakfast was amazing. There was a lot of variety and everything was absolutely delicious. Location is great too, very close to khao san road. Highlight of the place is the hospitality of the staff. They were kind and proactive and always ready to help. Would definitely visit again.

Modern high rise with chic decor. Swimming pool on the 16th floor overlooking the city is small but refreshing; a wonderful place to chill. Pool bar served a great spicy gin & tonic, and the service was just so kind, professional and friendly all over the hotel. The room was modern and smartly designed, with luxury touches and great views of the city. Lovely shower with good water pressure (even on the 21st floor!). We didn’t experience eating in the hotel restaurants as we took a short tour of Chinatown nearby for food and drinks, and opted for room service breakfast. Room service breakfast was excellent! Both the eggs Benedict and the Thai breakfast were absolutely delicious and on the better end of hotel food I’ve had anywhere in the world. Loved having the option of breakfast in bed, and the execution didn’t disappoint. Also loved the hotel’s free tuktuk shuttle to the ferry port across from Iconsiam, a nice amenity for tourists. We did have a drink in Mimi’s, the Miami-themed roof bar, and while the drinks were a bit too sweet for us we loved the vibe and the fun atmosphere. The customer service was simply excellent everywhere we interacted with it.

The hotel is EXACTLY in front of Wat Arun (and Chao Praya river) and the view at night is amazing not only from the room I chose but from the rooftop bar too where u have a great view of temples’ area back. Great restaurant where I had dinner (the terrace of the restaurant too is along the river & in front of Wat Arun) and breakfast every morning I stayed there (3 nights). Even the area close to the hotel is very nice with small alleys along the river. Not to be missed in BKK ! I’ll be back for sure !!

Rooms are very clean with great amenities. excellent air-conditioning, excellent housekeeping. Brilliant location near the entertainment , surrounded by bars, restaurants and clubs but it is also not noisy. Good comfortable rooms with good beds.Staff helped me with early check-in. Good location and easy access to everything. All round good choice of hotel.

Room 2614 - Amazing room, the staff especially Fah , she made me feel like home and after visiting 100s of hotels theres no one like her. Wat Don Muan is a nice temple. Beautiful and peaceful. There is a local market near the temple. Interesting to watch around and taste local foods and fruits. People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.

The location was centralized for the areas I wanted to go and visit. It’s important to keep in mind where you want to eat and where you want to go and see the ancient cities were all around. It was perfect. The location had a beautiful view and the room was excellent.

I had lived in Bangkok for > 10 years, and chose Bangna due to it's easy connection to the airport, good facilities and transport links to the city centre. This stay was at the end of a 3 week road trip covering 3000km. Next time I would plan to stay a few more days in Bangna.

I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a...

I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

not recommended to book in this hotel. much under...

not recommended to book in this hotel. much under expectation and less standard than the rate and photos in booking. all was bad. Especially the hotel charged me with extra night for the checked out day and withdraw from my bank visa without justification, or mentioning this in the policy of the hotel. when I copmlained to hotel and booking, my money never return back to my bank account for one extra night though the booking.com followed them and they lied saying we transferred the money to my bank account after booking complain without transferring the money for the checked out night they took, or providing providing bank statement of the transfer. I am still trying to get my ony back hopeless since they do not answer my messages sent to the hotel through booing and booking is not replying back to me, no valid number I can contact, or message after several trials. both the hotel and booking does not reply, or have easy access for communication to return the money back and send supporting document of the the transfer. BAD SERVICES FROM BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM who ignored my request after following it up with the hotel at the beginings and promised the money with be transferred back to my account that had been withdrawn from it the check out night as per their complain and communication with the hotel.

Bang Sue is a nice, offbeat area.

Bang Sue is a nice, offbeat area. It is home to Chatuchak, my favourite market in Bangkok, and the Grand Central Station, where you can catch the train to Vientiane (Laos). Overall, far from the crowds with the true beating heart of Bangkok.

good for the people without family is better. those interested in purchase of fashion and electronics a good place, those who want to enjoy the freedom, it's good. not reccommened with kids, and weather is hot and not affordable always.

We chose the place for the location quite close to the airport. This would be the only reason to stay here. The rooms are clean and spacious, the price is fair. We would stay again for the last night before leaving Thailand.
