It seems like this is a 'brand new' hotel (April 2024). It was extremely clean in the room (and bathroom) and had all built-in features. I arrived early, so parking was plentiful. The hotel could double as an extended stay, budget-friendly service apartment if necessary. The balcony was big. The room was quiet. There is a fuel station nearby with a small convenience store and PunThai coffee I used at 6am in the morning.

The room is large and very comfortable. Everything seemed brand new which was nice, also the bed was comfortable. It was no problem for us to check in at 9.30pm, and the staff were very nice. The area seemed good too, although we were only there a very short time.
