The swimming-pool, the beds that were very comfortable, the beach was literally one minute away from Casaola, everything was very clean, the fact that the whole area was very quite, the staff and managers were very nice.

The location of the property is very good. Ocean front. Breakfast was good. The restaurant serves excellent food and their own craft beer. We ate all our meals there because everything we had was excellent. Prices for the food and beer were very reasonable. We would go again if we return to El Savador!

This hotel is an absolute gem. It is in the perfect location to walk around town, and the restaurant and balconies have an incredible view of the river and beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and as women travelling on our own we felt really safe. The food at the restaurant is AMAZING, including the daily breakfast buffet. I would come back to this location again and again.

The hotel is located perfectly just in front of the beach with fantastic views on the waves. the pool area and beds are very comfortable, perfect to relax. the staff is super attentive, they check if you want anything to eat drink and help you with the umbrella. food drinks and coffee are good too so you could perfectly just hop between beach and hotel for a few days.

The room was great!

The room was great! Being able to go to the pool or just walk down to the beach was awesome. There’s great restaurants in the area and a grocery store near the villas as well that is within walking distance. We had a great experience and wish we could’ve stayed longer, will definitely return.

We had a great time in El Zonte, and will be going back...

We had a great time in El Zonte, and will be going back again. Small village close to the beach. No car needed as you can walk everywhere. Lots of people visiting from all over. we met a lot of really great people. Waves were good for surfing everyday. lots of great restaurants.

A nearby dinner restaurant BETOS has excellent oceanside location and varied menu, lots of fish. In the beach area, the breakfast at Dale Dale was fresh and very good, reasonable prices. Walking along the highway is not pleasant, but safe, short-ish. Volcanic black sand, surfer's paradise, Salvadorans of every shape, age and size to enjoy, clean beach. So happy not to have stayed in San Salvador, but here. About a 45 kilometer ride to the airport, met English speakers & Europeans in restaurants, friendly place. Armed police exude confidence - if intrepid, a single woman would be fine alone.

Amazing place and a must visit in El Salvador.

Amazing place and a must visit in El Salvador. Easily one of my favorite countries now. There was so much to do and I feel like I didn't scratch the surface. In the area there are many tours and things to do and Ubers are super cheap so renting a car wasn't at all necessary for us but it is an option if you plan on doing longer day trips. Plenty of parking at the hotels if need be.

Nice area. Definitely go eat at Betos. If you want to be at the beach everyday El Zonte may not be the place to stay. The beach was very rocky with not much sand. El Zonte was pretty central to other tourist attractions like Nawi, Hot Springs, Taminique Falls, Tunco, etc.

Cute little beach town.

Cute little beach town. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Uber is very cheap if the walk is too far. Recommend to eat at the Jungla Restaurant, Day Cafe, Coyote Restaurant and Tunco Velez Pizzeria.

El Zonte is a very chill and relaxed place which made it...

El Zonte is a very chill and relaxed place which made it nice for us to end our trip there. We walked wherever we needed to go. This is not the place for night life, but the place to unwind. I could have stayed here longer for sure. Everyone we encountered was really nice.

I stood at La Guitarra in El Tunco and walked to El Sunzal.

I stood at La Guitarra in El Tunco and walked to El Sunzal. It was a great walk because you get to see all the surfers. It wasn't a long walk but long enough to see the other hotels while walking the beach. Sunzal has many beautiful hotels and are close to Surf CIty.
