Very friendly receptionist. Fantastic location if you need to get to the airport. Large and clean room and a bathroom. I truly loved my stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, despite the fact that I could not speak Portuguese. The owner has really thought through every detail of a tourist's need, especially when it is your first time, and was always available if I needed help with translation or a ride somewhere. The location is also convenient, close to the city center, a couple of restaurants, and the airport. It was definitely one of my highlights during my stay.

Probably the most accommodating host I’ve ever met! Alex responds to messages almost instantly and is incredibly helpful—whether it’s arranging airport pickup or recommending a local tour guide, money exchange - she’s got us covered. Our flight was delayed by two days, and she kindly adjusted our check-in dates without any extra charges. The place itself is so cozy—it honestly feels like staying at a grandma’s house (in the best way!). The bed is super comfy with a proper blanket and adorable bedding. Everything was spotless. Rooms are pretty spacious. There’s also an amazing restaurant just a 10-minute walk away called O Pirata—it looks simple, but the food was absolutely incredible. And if you’re in the mood for a bit of fun, there’s an old-fashioned casino just a few minutes away.

The place is perfectly clean. The people in reception were very helpful, although the frequent blackouts in Sao Tomé make their life rather complicated. A place close to the airport. Good breakfast despite of early time of our departure.

Great value for money. Central location, good room size, A/C worked perfectly, clean room with good water pressure...nice balcony to watch the life below. The lady owner didn't speak English well but nothing Google Translate can't resolve. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On one day I found complementary pastries in my room which was a nice touch. There is a nice supermarket next door that has everything you may need. I was able to walk in the night to get some food. It is safer than it may look at night. Some guests have reported noise feom cars on the street...didn't really affect me as I always carry ear plugs. It is easier to wear them than silence the world. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Nice location next to the beach walk. Good breakfast. Comfy and spacious room. Nice lobby and great garden with a pool. We received a complimentary late check out to 5 pm and transfer to the airport. Helpful and kind staff.
