We stayed in the ground floor flat.
Bedroom with comfortable large bed, surrounded by mosquito netting. Air-conditioned and with a ceiling fan distributing this air throughout the room.
The bathroom, finished in marble, elegant and spacious. Great large walk-in shower, strong water pressure, all neat....
The kitchen adjoined a terrace with a view of the sea. Equipped, with all the necessary appliances: large fridge with freezer, toaster, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster. Full range of kitchen utensils....
The terrace, where we spent relaxing moments looking at the sea and listening to its soothing sounds....
The property is separated from the small beach by a local street, but this is really no inconvenience as traffic is negligible and unobtrusive.
The owner who manages the property is contactable, very friendly and helpful. She did not impose and at the same time was supportive if we needed anything.
We were sceptical whether to order meals at the property, but the grilled tuna dinner was really excellent. Delicious food, 'homemade' recipe - a really pleasant surprise.
We were motorised, so getting around the island was not a problem. There is a bus stop next to the property, but we did not test this form of transport.
It is literally a 5 minute drive by car to Ferdinand Park.
There is a small shop nearby, for a coffee or for larger purchases you have to drive further which is 10 min....
In summary: a super place for a relaxing stay on Praslin if you prefer the sound of the sea and a comfortable stay and a friendly and hospitable atmosphere to the noise of the town and the larger human concentrations on this already small island.
Definitely recommended.

Romaniathe property is very cosy with very worry free type of approach. the view is wonderful, you can either swim in the pool or in the beach. you have a gym as well and free of charge paddle and other water sports equipment. the staff is friendly, the food is great. they even had a live band in one of the nights. they give you free towels for the beach, they also arrange for trips to Anse Lazio 3 times per week.

We were welcomed by the manager, Natasha who is just a gem of a beautiful person. Her team including Jabed helped with helpful hints of the most beautiful spots of Praslin to visit.
We fell in love with the charm of the colonial style architecture, the super clean, spacious rooms and the beachfront location of this property. (For public transport, get either the SPTC app or SPTC's Kartbis!) Room: modern, spacious, especially spacious bathroom, also a large terrace. Every day few bottles of water for free. The lovely pool with bar-pool is open until 9:00 PM, with water lightshow in the evening. Very good breakfast and excellent, very professional staff.

GermanyWe stayed at Georgettes place for 5 nights and the longer we stayed the more we liked it. It's a beautiful place on the island right at 2 amazing beaches. Every morning the breakfast was different but always tasty and every evening Georgette showed her interest in what we've done that day. The room was always clean, the bed comfy and the bathroom big. Villa Anse La Blague is just 5min car drive to Cote d'Or where you can find some take aways and many shops. There is also a mini market just next to the villa.
We enjoyed our stay very much and can fully recommend Georgette's Villa to everyone searching for a special and calm place with familiar atmosphere.

Front desk Manager ,Sahiba was very warm , courteous and extremely professional. She was forthcoming in guiding us and helping us whenever we approached her . Keep up the good work.
The staff is also very professional and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean, food was delicious. Mr Munna Kumar and Chef Mohit are doing a great job .
Location of the resort is great. . We thoroughly enjoyed our sunrise and sunset tea on the beach throughout our stay .
I would highly recommend this property.

Good location on the Grand Anse, parking place included, the room we recieved was wonderful and very confortable. It has a balcony with view to the ocean but in the shades of the palm treas, equiped with own bed & chairs, it is a good spot to drink a coffee/tee which is free available in the room. Bed is big and confortable. Storage options are sufficent & for the values there is a safe. Air conditioning works fine. Tv wifi ok. There is a small fridge (minibar, but it was without bevrages) you can store & cool you own drinks, water etc. you bought. Today the hotel has 3 stars, but they explained they are planning to upgrade to 4 in the next monthes. We tried the breakfast, lunch & diner as well. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonoble compared to other restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly they are always ready to help & support in anything you need.

Apartment is cozy and big, especially for two people. The furniture is older, but we knew that when we booked from seeing the pictures, so we knew what to expect. The owner is a really nice and friendly lady. The neighbours offer a daytrip to Curieuse island with a discount and you start your trip right in front of the house, which is perfect and the trip was really great. The bus station is also 50meters away, which is great for exploring the island. Everything else you need (supermarket, restaurants) is in a walking distance.

We travelled as a couple and loved our stay at Hotel L'Archipel. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The pool is great and we could always get a sun lounger. The beach is also practically private and there are free watersports (kayaking and paddle boarding) available from the hotel. There are some good snorkeling spots too - we saw a turtle, couple of baby sharks and a stingray! Best experience of seeing these animals and free!
Food was great too, plenty of choice and everything was fresh

The hotel is located right next to the bus stop and there are souvenir shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. Big thanks especially to Bilal and Mandjit, who took care of us the whole stay perfectly. We were celebrating two birthdays and the staff made us amazing birthday cakes and we also got a free upgrade for the whole week which we were very grateful for. We have wonderful memories from our stay and would love to come back again if the opportunity arises.

Baie Ste Anne is a lovely place to stay, accessible to Ande Lazio beach, the. Est in the world and the Valle de Mai( the only one in the world). Only 15 minutes to Ladigue with it's lovely granitic stones and clear blue beaches!!

Staff were lovely, extremely polite and attentive. Always went out of their way to ensure you were comfortable and looked after. Pools were lovely and peaceful. Beach was beautiful. Anse Georgette well worth the visit, and had a brilliant little cocktail/drinks stand. Walkable but you get very hot on the way! Otherwise can organise a buggy to take you.

The reggae bar was the best place for dinner although it was a very dark walk to get there. Required a flash.

It's a very picturesque small village.
It's a very picturesque small village. We didn't see much of it, unfortunately. It rained a lot, which kept us indoors. Curieuse Island is exceptional. It's a must-see. However, be aware: the snorkeling part is rather disappointing. If you have your own gear, bring it. The equipment provided locally was quite basic and of poor quality. Gerry, a local taxi driver, is outstanding; if you ever get the chance to explore the island with him.
You really need to choose the right time of year. The Seychelles lose some of their charm in the rain.
Moreover, the biggest challenge remains the cost of everything.

The beach is picture-perfect and not very crowded, with transparent, incredibly coloured water and thin golden sand. There are many trees and also beach chairs. The food and beverage service provided by Le Chevalier Guesthouse is excellent.

My review is for Anse Lazio..Everyone says you have to go there..we took a bus there..Luckily at the bottom at the bus stop at Villa Minoir a young gentleman gave us a lift to the beach..in the heat,with no taxi or bus going up to the beach would have exhausted us ..we met an elderly couple who we took with us..it would have been impossible to get there,in the heat,and we would have been exhausted..so to hire a car in praslin is not a bad idea..Coming back,we were told to ask the gentleman at the gift shop to taxi us to the bus stop..he however refused..not sure why..maybe he was exhausted in the heat..3 lovely ladies from Seychelles were kind enough to take us to the Bus stop..when we reached it..The bus just left..They kindly dropped us at our Hotel..Their kindness will forever be remembered

Rino at welcoming center has really made our vacation feel...
Rino at welcoming center has really made our vacation feel like home. His warm welcoming at phone even before we arrive and his care during our stay made our visit unforgettable. Fauziah, who is our customer consultant was such a nice lady. She was always contact with us during our stay and checked constantly if everything was ok with us. Hotel was extremely clean and amenities are very well thought. Our room was just mind blowing. We stayed at Room 61 and it was just 32 steps from our room to the beach. Anse Kerlan Beach has very rich and living undersea life with lots of live-corals and fishes, so I suggest you really mind not to use that one in order not to damage corals. Water is shallow and it is quite risky to swim there. There are also sea turtles nests on this beach signed with warnings, so please be careful where you walking on. Remember that having small precautions at your side will create a huge impact in general in sea life and eco-system in a long run :-) Instead Petite Anse Kerlan and Anse Georgette Beaches were extremely beautiful and very safe beaches for swimming. Just take your eyes on your children, cos of some wild waves. If you bring sea shoes with you, they would be very useful for whole trip in Seychelles. Our room was very spacious and cleaned 2 times a day. Kudos to house-keepers and a big thank.

Very nice beach when it’s high tide.
Very nice beach when it’s high tide. The water is warmer and calmer than in other sides of the island , although there is good amount of seaweeds. Snorkelling is average comparing to other beaches. Beautiful sunsets though!

Grand Anse itself does not deserve a long time, being a beach, that's it, depending of course, on what you expect to do.
Praslin itself is not very interesting compared to Mahe or even, La Digue.
Praslin is good for few days, and the most interesting is on the other side, East Coast, since Grand Anse is on the West one.
