The apartment is newly built with modern interior and everything was provided from free wifi to cooking spices, meal condiments and breakfast coffee, cereal cookies, etc. They provided lots of spare towels and also provided toileteries and washing powder. Debbie, the property owner and manager was very polite and helpful very professional.

Had an excellent time in this family run guesthouse. JR and his lovely wife are very welcoming and helpful. They picked me up the airport, showed me around and stopped at an ATM. The room and the whole apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Very cozy. Big plus, there is a washing machine, free to use and a fully equipped kitchen. Free tea and coffee. WLAN stable. I loved the location, everyday I walked down to the City and met very nice local people. There is also a local bus running, easy to use. One day JR took me and another guest to a Military museum, a shipwreck and some other interesting places in and around Honiara for a reasonable price. I can highly recommend to choose Island Home for your stay.
