Dear Sir/Madam,

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to make a complaint about the difficult and unsafe conditions when walking along the roadside near the Haram. It is very hard and dangerous to walk in this area because there is no safe path for pedestrians. Recently, I was hit by a car while walking there. Alhamdulillah, the accident was not serious, and Allah saved me from major injury. However, this situation could be very dangerous for others, especially elderly people, children, and visitors. I kindly request that the authorities look into this matter and take action to improve pedestrian safety, such as providing proper walkways, barriers, or better traffic control near the Haram. This was my first time in Jeddah.

This was my first time in Jeddah. Oh boy I was in for surprise! This city is very big now. Old Jeddah and new Jeddah what a lovely contrast. History and modernity is living side by side. While we enjoyed old buildings of Balad, we were equally surprised by the beauty of the RED SEA Mall. Jeddah cornish was awesome. A 30-km waterfront promenade featuring high-end restaurants, recreation parks, and the famous "Floating Mosque" (Al-Rahma Mosque), which appears to drift on the waves during high tide. Known as the "Bride of the Red Sea," Jeddah is Saudi Arabia’s most vibrant coastal city and its historical window to the world. For centuries, it has served as the primary gateway for pilgrims traveling to the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah, shaping it into a cosmopolitan melting pot where ancient traditions meet futuristic ambition. Vew things missing- Human touch and compassion from the people around. You need that to attract tourists. Would love to be back.

Variety of foods and very tasty. Khayal restaurant is very nice and highly recommended. Moving around is very easy especially using Careem (similar to Grab). The drivers are very accommodating to our request.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly, Hotel is in a narrow, uphill dead end street hard to reach,, it is only 15 mins away but slope makes it difficult, Shuttle service is not reliable, very limited food options in breakfast and dinner (arabic taste only), no good food options available around the hotel. Would not recommend .

It's good to have a place to stay where staff are accommodating and people nearby the location are great which they were of our same nationality(actually some of them) so at least to inquire for some info since we were a first time visit on the said place

I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no customer service and you have to wait for elevator for long. Room is so dirty and bathroom was not good at all. Bidet was leaking whole time we asked them but they failed to fix it too. We have to ask so many times for toilet paper but they don’t want to give us and shower situation was bad too. In simple words they don’t care about anything even you ask them to help or fix anything

The holy and divine vicinity around the Haram is amazing. You just need to have the right information of whereabouts. Before you start walking on your will, try to gather information about where and how to reach in time. Don't go on your will and wild guesses as it will make you walk longer than you would ever expect. Also be careful about the food you buy, I had bitter experience of having food at pakistani and bangladeshi restaurants. please avoid local restaurants. Go for reputed restaurants like Romansiah, AlBaik, Burgerizzer, Shawarmer etc. if you do not find them near your stay area, get food apps like Hungerstation, Noon food, etc. Every muslim must pay a visit, but before that you should seek proper guidance and have a solid planning.
