It was in close proximity to Masjid Nawabi. For ladies it’s a bit further but still a very good location. The rooms were clean but can do more with toilet amenities. The breakfast was very good and the whole family enjoyed it. The menu was pretty good for our taste and liking. The staff were absolutely amazing. They made me and my family feel at ease. Special mention to Ansar Khan who was so hospitable and made sure everyday we had everything we needed. Ansar looked after my family so well, and because of him our stay was 10/10. Also special mention to Mohammad who is concierge and was extremely helpful. He was always ready to help us with anything needed. Great staff.

Had long trip in Saudi Arabia. First two costal cities. One extremely nice hotel and one not that nice. But once we arrived with my son to this resort we both felt at home. The staff was really making us feel like entering home, welcome seremony… And the resort. Once choosing the hotel something in the photoes seemed tempting. On site the resort is like from a movie or disney movie. Amazing resort- hope will have a chance to visit again.

Hotel was extremely clean staff was professional specially Malik at reception. Its bit far from Haram but its not an issue with uber it’s made easier to visit haram. As private taxis don’t understand location sometimes due to couple of reasons. Number location on google map doesn’t reflects street address just road name and secondly this same hotel have second branch as well with same name which confuses taxi drivers and most of them can’t understand English . With uber no issue. At the end thank you hotel staff to giving me drop off at HHR train station. May Allah s w t bless you

We stayed at this place for diving, just for one night. Pricing was reasonable, SAR 420 for one night, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 triple). Some staff are exceptionally helpful some of exceptionally unhelpful and miserable. Wifi is awful across the premises. The place is clean, spacious. We had 3 AC unit in the room, one was very loud the other two not so bad. There can be lots of noise from stray dogs outside through the night.

Can you say anything bad about Medina?

Can you say anything bad about Medina? The people are soo nice. The Mosque takes your breath away no matter how many times you visit it. The sense of peace uplifts you. The 3D history in the museums are well done and should be visited before you visit the Rawdah and other sites. The calmness of the city even during the hustle and bustle of the marketplace around the Mosque is something to be witnessed! Alhumdulillah to visit Madina 3 times so far and I want to come back 100 more times if possible.

We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

The scenery here is extraordinary.I don’t think the Saudi people have very much experience of international visitors and the country generally has a severe litter problem and don’t get me started on the standard of driving or road design!However the Saudi people are very hospitable.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility. Last time I gave overall rating 5. But this round my over all experience was good and I gave Rating 8 They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location. The residence was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and featured a cozy Arabic sitting area (majlis), adding a traditional touch. The furniture was plentiful, offering ample storage space for your belongings, and was of excellent quality. The room also included a desk, providing additional convenience. Getting there by car is a long journey from Riyadh. The city has some well developed areas by the royal commission. Those areas are beautiful and clean and well maintained. Rest of the city is very simple and basic. Waterfronts are good and beaches are clean.

A drive from Jeddah to Al-Ula via Yanbu was excellent. Although was confused of the Speed Limits as many were not following it, | The landscape along the drive was phenominal. Al-Ula as a city was enjoyable with friends and family although it is recommended to visit the city during winters rather than during the summers. Hotels might be expensive so plan & book atleast 2 - 3 months in advance. UNSECO Sites were well maintained, explained and well within the traveling distance. Easy to access and the staff at the visitor centers were friendly and helpfule. They were patiently answering all my queries. Some of the restaurants mentioned on Al-Ula website are a must try although they might be expensive. The ambience and staff performance was excellent. Food was tasty and mouth watering.
