We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grey Hotel in Kopaonik! This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

It was the best rest ever. Hotel is really pretty place placed near forest and church with authentic Serbian atmosphere as hospitality, music, rakia, breakfasts. The head of hotel was near our car when we just arrived, and it looked that he knew every time right moment to come and say what we need to go first: now invitation for rakia for guests, now sauna, here key, here wine. The best service that I saw. As special compliment for this place except cheap price is that amazing sauna with candles and two glasses of wine. We will save for whole year this memory spending time there. Also in sauna there are two special places where you can lay on and it’s heating you. I have never seen them before. Thank all person of hostel, we were as better place as home. We already recommended it for our friends and want to come back as soon as possible in this pretty place!

The apartment was spacious and warm. The resort also has a small, lovely spa. The receptionist was very nice and helped us every time we needed assistance. The buses to the slopes leave about once an hour; otherwise, you can get there either with your own car or by taxi.

We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

This house looks exactly like on the pictures and has an amazing view. It is cozy and well equipped for a big family or friends to spend a perfect vacation. We were there for skiing and we liked the location very much, because it is not in the busy center of Kopaonik, but if you are with car, it is close to Suncana Dolina lift, which was perfect for us. Hosts were really nice and friendly, being responsive to any questions we were to have. We are looking forward to go back there for another vacation next year.

Everything was top notch, starting from the arrival and check in and ending with us leaving and the stuff being nice enough to let us check out a bit later. The room was big enough for two, the bathroom nicely equipped. Spa facilities were on and working, everything seemed clean . Not sure how it's going to look like during the winter, may get a bit crowded, but during summer it was perfect size wise.

The staff was very helpfull all the time. The apartment was big, clean, cosy, with very well equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (only 1 toilet but 2 showers) , was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was various and delicious. They have also a spa and a pool. The ski bus stops right in front of the buiding. And they also have a machine to buy ski tickets in the lobby.

This is my second time here at hotel junior everything is as perfect as 2018. Only one bad thing is the weather, there is no snow😢. Anyway this is a really nice hotel and I really enjoy staying here.

A wonderful place that is currently developing. Perhaps the only downside is that there are few restaurants and everything is full. It is difficult to find a place to have dinner, which is strange for Serbia.

It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good...

It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good night out. It is a place where you should come to relax and enjoy bath in their very hot spring water. It is especially good during winter - this little pool with hot water is outside and works even when there's snow. There is also an aqua park but it works during summer. Josanicka Banja is close to Kopaonik ski center, so you can combine skiing and relaxing in hot pool.

Beautiful mountain but really need to be kept awake also during whole year to attract visitors. It is so sad to see that everything is almost "dead" . Hope someone will recognize potentials of this beautiful place

Jošanička Banja is known for its thermal hot springs. Anyoune who's visiting only for this will enjoy it. The spa center is very small. It can accommodate just a dozen people. Everything more than that will be crowded. Aside from that, there's really not much to do. You'll see the whole town in one day and that's it. The good thing is that it's near the ski resort Kopaonik (25km) so you could theoretically stay in Jošanička Banja if you plan a skiing trip and save some money for the accommodation, but do calculate the fuel to get to/from the ski-centre because the altitude difference is more than a 1000 meters.

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season...

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted. Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning. The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.

Attention: in Brzece the water from the sink is not potable! You can walk around the area with increased attention in the locality because the local administration has not really built pedestrian sidewalks :)
