Very good location next to supermarket and restarurant. The parking is in the back of the building. The spa center was small but clean and very nice to use. Jacuzzi and sauna - working all the time. The rooms were very clean and warm. I would use this accomodaton again.

Excellent breakfast and great choice of local specialities included in the price of our stay. Restaurant staff is welcoming and professional and the restaurant itself is charming, decorated with vintage stuff and very spacious. Comfortable, big bed, interesting details in the room, which was clean, warm and big enough for a couple with the child.

This hotel is ideal if you're looking to relax and take a break from city life. We visited in low season, so definitely that also has it's effect, we prefer travelling when it's not overcrowded. The staff was wonderful and pleasant from the front desk to everyone else. Kudos to them for keeping their positive energy and being kind. The pool and spa was super clean which I also liked and appreciated. The pool isn't too deep, it's just 1,4m which we found perfect for some relaxing swimming and the ideal length to do some circles. I loved the breakfast and dinner options as the food varied everyday and we had "homemade options" which I really appreciated having fresh salads, soups, several dishes and options for everyone's taste. The room looked as in the picture and it had an amazing view. Definitely coming back to this location.

My stay at Grey Hotel in Kopaonik was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s perfect location, right by the ski slopes, made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains – waking up to that was magical. The spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat after skiing, while the food was absolutely delicious – from the generous breakfast buffet to the refined dinner menu. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. Grey Hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kopaonik!

This house looks exactly like on the pictures and has an amazing view. It is cozy and well equipped for a big family or friends to spend a perfect vacation. We were there for skiing and we liked the location very much, because it is not in the busy center of Kopaonik, but if you are with car, it is close to Suncana Dolina lift, which was perfect for us. Hosts were really nice and friendly, being responsive to any questions we were to have. We are looking forward to go back there for another vacation next year.

The appartment we booked is very comfortable and spacious and has a small sauna. The ski lifts are just a few kilometers away, and the property offers free transportation to and from the ski center, which is extremely convenient. The restaurant is great, with a lot of breakfast options (buffet style) and very tasty meals for lunch / dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was our second stay at this property, and we will be back for sure.

We liked everything!!!! The villa was spacious, comfortable, very well furnished! The beds were very comfortable, and the living area gave us the feeling that we were at home! The staff was responsive and friendly, they helped with our every wish! The breakfast and dinner were at the level of a restaurant with at least two MICHELIN stars!!!!! I highly recommend visiting!!!!

The staff was very helpfull all the time. The apartment was big, clean, cosy, with very well equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (only 1 toilet but 2 showers) , was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was various and delicious. They have also a spa and a pool. The ski bus stops right in front of the buiding. And they also have a machine to buy ski tickets in the lobby.

A wonderful place that is currently developing. Perhaps the only downside is that there are few restaurants and everything is full. It is difficult to find a place to have dinner, which is strange for Serbia.

It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good...

It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good night out. It is a place where you should come to relax and enjoy bath in their very hot spring water. It is especially good during winter - this little pool with hot water is outside and works even when there's snow. There is also an aqua park but it works during summer. Josanicka Banja is close to Kopaonik ski center, so you can combine skiing and relaxing in hot pool.

Beautiful mountain but really need to be kept awake also during whole year to attract visitors. It is so sad to see that everything is almost "dead" . Hope someone will recognize potentials of this beautiful place

Jošanička Banja is known for its thermal hot springs. Anyoune who's visiting only for this will enjoy it. The spa center is very small. It can accommodate just a dozen people. Everything more than that will be crowded. Aside from that, there's really not much to do. You'll see the whole town in one day and that's it. The good thing is that it's near the ski resort Kopaonik (25km) so you could theoretically stay in Jošanička Banja if you plan a skiing trip and save some money for the accommodation, but do calculate the fuel to get to/from the ski-centre because the altitude difference is more than a 1000 meters.

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season...

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted. Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning. The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.

Attention: in Brzece the water from the sink is not potable! You can walk around the area with increased attention in the locality because the local administration has not really built pedestrian sidewalks :)
