The guy at the reception, who met us on the arrival date (29 Sept) and was there on our departure date (4 Oct) was so friendly and supportive: he prepared invoices and lunchboxes and did everything to make us feel home. The apartment is very spacious with lots of chairs and couch to rest on. There is a balcony too which provides a great view of the neighborhood. There is a great and inexpensive canteen right downstairs from the apartment where people working in the neighborhood buildings have lunch. There is also a supermarket right downstairs for food and supplies. Across the street are a couple of small pastry stalls and a coffee stall. All in all it is a highly efficient neighborhood and everything is at your fingertips. It’s ideally located and just 300 m away from PACII metro station. The reception staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The building is located in an industrial park and has a youthful and vibrant vibe.

The city is very clean, most people spoke English and the people we met were very friendly and helpful. There are excellent bus links (we caught the bus from the airport into the city, costing 52p) we also used the bus to visit Therme Spa. There are no shortage of places to eat and drink (Linea rooftop bar, AveForchetta and Trattoria Garibaldi were our favourites for food Indusrtry wine bar, Corks wine bar and P+1 our favourite places to drink) and prices are reasonable.

The hotel was warm, friendly welcoming and convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The hotel was clean and there were helpful amenities such as tea/ coffee and water in rooms. The restaurant was good value with a varied menu , food was great, served promptly. All staff spoke English, and all were friendly and keen to help. Location was perfect for prompt connections to flights. There are good public transport links into the city too. There is no lift, but this was not an issue as staff helped to carry bags. No noticeable noise from airport or main road with windows closed. No noise from other guests.

Immaculate property, easy to get in and out, great location for the US Embassy, zoo close by and very good location. Great, great beds and pillows, two balconies, 3 air conditioning units, restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get in and out, underground parking, great wifi. Easy to get in touch with owner. Super safe location. I would come again and stay longer.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. It’s a good location as everything is within a 20 minute taxi ride. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The owner, Victoria really went out of her way to make sure you had an amazing stay. We loved every minute of our stay there and would definitely come back!

The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They allowed our group to use all the amenities. I strongly recommend. We took advantage of the snow and made a snowman in the yard. It is extremely nice to be greeted with a smile, warmth and responsiveness. The hosts don't speak English well, but we used a mobile app and everything was fine.

Be careful with taxi drivers they for sure ripped all of us off. Not a place I would ever go back. The city centre is pretty nice coffee shops, but the rubbish is all on the pavement not rubbish containers, and in comparison to other countries did not find as a generalisation, people particularly friendly.

The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

lovely location and good communication to begin with, with the owner however when showing faults of the inside room they did not agree although there is proof. There is mould in bathroom and the smell is very overwhelming despite leaving the windows opened. I could not stay for more than the weekend with dust/dirt of the room honestly. They just need to clean the inside of the room to the good standard that is in the lounge area and put a nice air fresher in the room, same as outside. :)
