We stayed at Hotel L'Ecrin for one night while hiking the GR R2 trail on Réunion Island. I highly recommend it to all hikers, as it's located very close to the trail. The hotel is pleasant, clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful garden. The receptionist was friendly and spoke English, which was a great help. There’s also a restaurant right next door where we had an excellent dinner.

The bungalow is really nice, new, modern and with everything you could need. All the fabrics (sheets, towels, blankets) smelled very good. Also very clean. The outdoor space is also very nice. We enjoyed a lot staying there and felt very comfortable.
Highly recomended.
