Beautiful hotel. Great for small children, so much entertainment for them between kids club, pools, carousel etc. Very comfortable, clean and very nice breakfast.

Location is great, center is two minutes walk distance. Staff very friendly, every day cleaning. Receptionist gave us such a wide guide explanation and nice recommendations for restaurants and touristic places. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was really tasty.

The location was fantastic but I think the best part was the front office staff. Teresa is amazing. She helped make our stay easy and fun. She recommended ways to get to the places we wanted to go to and booked the tickets for us. She also recommended fabulous and cheap restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing as well. I was surprised, actually.

I can simply rate this hotel as 5 star :) How big the room was, the terrace with the view of the mountains, , the cozy beds, and the complementary coffee capsules :) And the large variety of food and fresh juices at the breakfast is really worth mentioning :)
