Welcoming and helpful hosts. Comfortable bed. Nice 15 minute walk along the coast to Madalena. Very pleased to have somewhere to dry my clothes!

I don't understand why so many people are complaining about this hotel. It is as close to the ferry terminal as you can get. , The rooms are clean and tidy. The pool has a nice view on Faial, and is beeing cleaned every morning (and they are probably the only ones having a pool in Pico anyway...) You can walk in less than 5 minutes to all the different tour operators (Diving, Hiking, Whalewatching, Rentalcars....) and restaurants. It is maybe a bit dated, but I felt like they were doing their best at being welcomig. They even organise a mini breakfast buffet from 04 a.m - 7 a.m for people leaving early on hikes or diving tours...! Keep in mind that every Airbnb in the area is more expensive , without offering you room service, breakfast or a pool area. If you come to Pico for its great nature activities, and want an easy hotel, thats your place to go!!

The lady at the reception is kind and pleasant. The apartment is very comfortable, the place is lovely and quiet. We were with another couple and it was very pleasant to sit in the apartment and next to the apartment for a glass of wine and a light meal with Mount Piko standing in the background. The apartment is well equipped.

Kitchen was full od equipment. Everything was clean. Super friendly owner with really easy check-in. If I will ever come back i wil choose this accomodation.
