This place, people, design, service - everything is better than you can expect. Place is very stylish and romantic, staff is extremely helpful and nice. We asked for early breakfast as we had an early trip planned and staff organized everything for us, also helped a lot with other things. Room design and facilities are really thoughtful and stylish. Perfect for romantic trip and one of the closest hotel to Morse oko. When we arrived host greeted us with glass of champagne and made us feel like home.

Friendly staff. Very clean, great facilities. Good location, access to the aqua park was so easy for hotel guest. Good size room. Food in the restaurant was really good, portions were huge. Breakfast buffet really well stocked with countless options. Well suited for families with children.

Everything was fantastic! Our room was lovely, with plenty of closet space, good air conditioning, space for two armchairs, a nice bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice! I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the lovely swimming pool. The car park was easy to access. The hotel was in a great position, very central but just outside the main busy area.

we stay only for one night(family of 4) , love this place , close to the town , parking at the property , breakfast was excellent, would definitely stay again if visiting Zakopane again
