As many times as we have stayed in Poland, this was one of the best stays. Small and cozy hotel, very nice staff. After traveling and walking, it was very nice to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. Cozy and very clean room, comfortable bed and quality bedding. As many guests have mentioned, the breakfast is truly amazing. Thank you!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I think this was my 4th or 5th stay here. Facilities are excellent, location is wonderful, food is good Polish/Kashubian home cooking and price is really good value for money. To top it all off the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Oh, and getting here is really easy from Gdansk, Gdynia or the airport. Just take to train to Kartuzy station, cross the street, and then follow the Yellow Brick Road!

Faleza has turned out to be a positive surprise upon arrival. The room was bigger than expected and the friendliness of the staff as well. As requested we got extra pillows which were so big and comfortable that we did not want to leave our beds till the late afternoon despite the good weather. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Anything that is needed can be requested extra and it seems that no request is too difficult or not possible. We became big fans of the restaurant as well the breakfast was very wide and you could order on request extras. The dinners can be chosen a la carte but they are all of high quality and perfectly made to taste. There is also a wide card of wines and other alcohols to make you wonder what to try next. We had a room with a view of the sea and it was worth it the view is brilliant and nothing matches waking up in the morning to the skyline of a cliff and sea. All in all, we were very positively surprised and very impressed by the service and friendliness provided by everyone.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. A little bit more of vegan food would have been appreciated as my daughter is vegan, but we managed. We had a good size room for the three of us and the beds were quite comfy. The balcony was also very nice. We used the inside swimming pool and it was really good. Since we travelled in September, there were not a lot of guests there and sometimes we were the only people in the pool. The restaurant served very tasty food and they did their best to accommodate my vegan daughter although there were no strictly vegan dishes. The service was excellent. Both my children rented a bike and they really enjoyed cycling through the forest.

I like the near to the beach, the restaurant, the connection between buildings, as you can go by stairs or lift underneath between facilities without going outside. The owners were extremely nice and it was always pleasant to run into them, as they were talking to us and helping us out around the city. They gave us some fliers on the day of arrival and explained the best ways of going to the beach and other attractions. And the place itself smelt amazing, just like lavenders, because the owner has them in the garden, and it fills out the whole place. To add more, she has some amazing skills in knitting and there are her works around the house.
