Excellent location by the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Given spare capacity, I got a free upgrade to a larger room. Was shown a place to safely store my bicycle overnight. Good and copious breakfast (only fresh fruit was missing). A really good experience.

Easy self check-in, really nice recently renovated apartment with a good bed. Street parking is easily available, several shops and restaurants nearby. Only 'improvement' we can think of is adding some sort of guide with interesting places/actitivites in the area to the rooms.

The location is amazing. Nice view over the trees and birds living in them. The community kitchen with a tea/coffee point available to guests is a useful thing to have. The management of the guest house have a lot of wonderful plans re the development of the property. I hope everything will work out.
