I was in Wisla for Ski Jumping world cup event for the weekend. Aries Wisla Location is the best to reach Ski Jumping Malinka Area. I was walking to the tournament from hotel and back, just in 15 minutes. This is my second time to Ski Jumping world cup in Wisla, and once again, I chose Aries Wisla, and it was my fourth time in Aries Wisla, since it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Hotel is so comfortable and relaxing. everything is well prepared for the stay. Room was once again so comfortable, breakfast was exceptional level. Christmas decoration was fantastic, hotel was shiny, a lot of Christmas trees in and out. Fresh red flower all around, seriously hotel was well prepared for the relaxation.

We have used this facility as 3rd stop on Velo-Dunajec bike-trip with 6+8 kids. Exceptionaly designed hotel in the center, worth the money. Kind and friendly staff, well-projected hotel as everything is close, starting parking 2m away from the rooms (very important if you need to unpack whole family fast) if you are lucky as we are. Special greetings to the ladies on the reception as I wish them just non-problematic guests.

The location was great with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.

A wonderful experience- a really fantastic staff team who went out of their way to ensure a great stay, from early check-in to late check-out. Fantastic breakfast selection and again, excellent waiting staff. Really good spa facilities and staff. The comfort room is spacious with a good size balcony and a great bathroom. Overall, a great place to rest and relax in a beautiful setting with super facilities and an outstanding team - definitely will stay again

It was our second stay at Złoty Groń Resort & Spa and I must say we were looking forward to return. The breakfast selection is probably the best we ever had in any hotel and we've been around a lot of places in Europe and the US. Delicious meals on the lunch and dinner menu as well. Friendly staff, we even received a welcome drink during check out this time. Spacious room, this time we even had a big balcony. Nice and clean bathroom. We also enjoyed the spa, the sauna and pools both indoors and outdoor. We have an electric car and even though this time the parking was under construction and we could not charge the same way like last year the staff was helpful and found a way for us so we could charge our car.

Unfortunately no possibility to find restaurant with...

Unfortunately no possibility to find restaurant with vegetarian options especially if you not really fancy to eat dumplings or pancakes every day. Zabka saved our life😁😁😁 That is the biggest disappointment of the trip. The only one restaurant which one offered vegetarian dishes changed menu after Magda Gessler kitchen revolution and now it is in horrible pig pink colour with a man waitress inside. Poor man was not very matched with the restaurant design 🤣🤣🤣also eating with the pink colour around it's not my cup of tea, by the way the restaurant was empty with no customers in.

Amazing little town, very accessible from Katowice and...

Amazing little town, very accessible from Katowice and Krakow for a quick visit. Only an hour highway drive. Skiing available for all levels. Less busy and more affordable than other resorts in Poland and fraction of the costs of Austria and France. Will definitely be back to ski in Szczyrk again.

We had bad weather so was not possible to enjoy outdoor activities. We had hiking in the area in mind. Also all hotels should have easily available information for tourists if Krynica wants to benefit from them. Those from abroad may have issues with using Internet. Pamphlets would help. Other thing, restaurants closes early. Maybe is different during summer.

We had a wonderful family holiday with our three children. An ideal place for a quiet holiday. At the same time, short and interesting trips to nature or for fun are available, even to the Czech Republic. Hospitable and responsive host. Upon arrival, we found nice gifts for adults and children. Any small problems were resolved instantly. Wonderful comfortable home, adapted to accommodate a large family. There are all living conditions and opportunities for recreation in the yard. If you have a car, then any shopping or entertainment is available within 15-20 minutes

Szczawnica is a one-street village.

Szczawnica is a one-street village. It's a good place to start from for rafting the Dunajec and local walking and other explorations. We ate a an excellent restaurant, but it was empty at prime time in the middle of the high season.

Cieszyn is a small town in the borther with Czech Republic. It may not have much as a town, but it is a great place to travel to the mountains regions in that area as also in the Czech Republic. Also is a good stop if you travel to Czech as from Ceski Tesin, you have a lot of Trains to Prague and Bratislava.

Really loved the area for hiking options.

Really loved the area for hiking options. Not very aggressive mountaineering paths, but more than good enough for hiking with kids. The path to the highest mountain in the area (Barania Góra @ 1220m above sea level) aside, the hiking trails were not very busy so it was easy enough to catch some quiet time.

The best of Beskidy mountains is here - easily accessible by bus from Krakow or Sucha Beskidzka. Babia Góra is challenging but everybody should climb that mountain, the views are fantastic. Also there is well known skiing slope with chairlifts and equipment rental and everything you need.

Great place to escape into theBeskidy for a weekend, especially if you are a cyclist, the old town with the main square is a beauty, places to see are the city beach at Jezioro Żywieckie, main square, old castle with several museum exhibitions,The very big habsbourg palace city park.
