We absolutely love our stay here. From the moment we check in through to the end of our stay. The room is very beautiful. The infinity pool was gorgeous overlooking the ocean.. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the service is exceptional. To the chef and kitchen staff, a big salute to all of you for the delicious food. I will definitely stay in this hotel when back in bohol.

The room was lovely. Clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hotel's restaurant. It offers great food for good price. The beach is beautiful (when high tide). Had an amazing massage at the spa. Staff was professional and friendly. There is a small mall opening next to the hotel so there is a lot of options to eat and to buy souvenirs etc. I wish I had the time to do horseback riding.

Everything about the property was fantastic. To be honest, we didn’t want to leave the premises to do anything but experience it. Everything has been considered in the build of the property and staff went above and beyond for hospitality. Specially want to call out: - Danish, the General Manager, who got to know all of the guests and made sure we all felt at home - Dondie, the fitness instructor - Carl, Christopher, Lym who were always there when we needed anything big or small - The recreation team who seem to work overtime for entertainment

Got a welcome drink upon arrival at the reception which was lovely, Beautiful place to be in, close the the beach like 2-3mins walk, Justin who was the receptionist was kind and very helpful, even he tried to wake me up to have breakfast in their dining area. Nice ambiance, peaceful and pool was clean and not crowded. Even I left something personal in my room and did not get it back, I am still thankful they replied back to my email. I love the pressure of the water in the sink and shower, especially the water heater where I've been to 3 hotels during my 4 days stay no heater at all, hence! Ananda has it hahaha and it was a relief!!! Relaxing music in the dining area next to the pool. Television good connection, and good wifi connection plus they got generator. (coz the other hotel that I've stayed there was no generator that is why I moved here in Ananda meaning brownout issues are common) Bolod Beach was way better, beautiful and quiet compare to Alona Beach.

Very nice and quiet place, perfect hotel to escape all the noise and relax. Breakfast was nice, hotel restaurant serves delicious food. WiFi works well; gym has a beautiful view and has enough equipment to get a workout in; spa was great and very good pricing; game room is also located in a nice place - beautiful views while playing some games. All the area is looked after and very green. Cave was a nice experience. Tennis court is well looked after. We loved our stay and wish we stayed a bit longer.

I'm here for my first solo trip. Way back 2017 I booked the property but needed to cancel due to a conflict of schedule with my friends who'll be coming with me. This time I rebooked and went alone and loved my stay. I must say that it is all that I ever hope it to be. The people are so hospitable and nice. The place is what I always dreamt it to be, peaceful and quaint. It is for people who want to go back to nature and just be still. 🥰

The property is absolutely beautiful. The pool is great and there are lounge chairs facing the beach, where you can also kayak (for free). Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. It isn’t far from Alona beach, there is a free shuttle every hour going there which takes around 5 minutes. I enjoyed my stay here! would definitely recommend.

Panglao is busy, bustling and full of restaurants, bars and a spectacular beach. Very easy to get to different places. Full of young people seeming to have the best time, and opportunities to dive, snorkle and travel from there very easily.

The advantage of being self-catering is that you can get European bread and sausages. As well good foreign Restaurants. Except for the area in Alona, ​​riding a motorcycle is very safe. Snorkeling and diving in Balicasag and Napaling Reef nice. Bohol daily trips anyway

We have not maximized our Panglao trip but since we rented...

We have not maximized our Panglao trip but since we rented an Oceanview room, we get all the sea energy we needed haha. Virgin Island was also close during our stay so we have to come back for that some other time. Beach in general is perfect especially Alona Beach side.

Really recommend Bohol Farm!

Really recommend Bohol Farm! Their ice cream is incredible, and the food is great too. We got a tour of the farm, which was super nice. Getting around is quite easy, there are three main road that go around the island, and there are tuktuks for hire everywhere. I rented a moped, which actually felt quite safe, as there were few big cars. Alona beach is definitely worth a visit. I'd recommend doing a countryside tour too, to see a lot of the sights of Bohol in one day.

Panglao was nice and we did some great scuba diving (highly recommend Sierra Madre Divers - Cynthia was the best dive guide!) from here but I think there are much nicer islands/places to visit for other activities. In all fairness, our 2nd tour of the island got canceled due to weather so we ran out of time to see more of the island.

You can get enough of the non-oceanic tourist attractions in 2 days. The snorkeling is why I love it. You need to go to a Marine Sanctuary for the good snorkeling, although a few resorts have decent house reefs. DON'T go on one of the snorkeling/island hopping tours which are promoted at many places, especially by hawkers at Alona Beach. None of the boat motors have mufflers. They will leave you at a substandard restaurant on Balicasag Island for an outrageous length of time. Tag along on a dive boat, which you can arrange at most dive shops.
