The hotel was undergoing a soft launch so not all facilities such as breakfast or the rooftop bar were available. However the Site Manager PJ was amazing. He offered us consolation services and dinners and provided his personal WhatsApp for any issues. I imagine the rooftop bar will now be open which looked to offer amazing views of the town. Also I need to mention the vegan restaurant.....as a glorified meat eater i was shocked.... our dinner ranked easily top 3 meals in a month of travel in phillipines. Very well presented dishes, packed with flavour and opened my eyes to vegetarian food.

The chief Richard was a superstar for this place! He made us feel like home, not only with the food he served but also his kind person. He was so helpful. The beds are big and really comfort. Nice nice and cool local area. Here you get the real local fili feeling. There are no space for luggage or for food (we travel with small kids) but Richard help with that too.

EVERYTHING! The owners, the breakfast, the place and its views. The room is amazing, really nicely decorated and with really lovely details. They arranged our motorbikes for us, we had a problem with the helmets and the owners gave us their personal ones, which were perfect. Such a little detail that makes a huge difference.

Everything! Clean, practical, pleasant place. Staff are 100% friendly and accommodating. They will always greet you whenever they see you, which really make a lot of difference. All you need in a room is there, if only they can provide a mini fridge and DIY laundry, I would really think it's perfect! I will always come back to Go Hotel Ortigas simply because it exceeds my expectations. My favorite hotel in the metro.

The view from the Runway suite was amazing. Very comfortable bed with plush bedding and pillows. Couldn't fault a thing. Proximity to Terminal 3 is a bonus as you can walk to it easily from the hotel. Nice, they hold you baggage after checkout. Surrounding area has lots of nice shops and in the evening a very upscale street food market within 200 yards. Will definitely stay here when visiting The Philippines.

Traffic but I know it is common.

Traffic but I know it is common. Some places are very dirty, water is practically a chlorine taste. But where I stayed was empressive. Marshall’s with big guns are all visible down Newport World Resort. Very clean, and very safe. And Roxas boulevard is amazingly beautiful. So stay where the rich and glitz shops and you won’t see the rest of the not so pretty scenes.

Small coastal town with vibrant local shops/bars and great vibes. Good area for island hopping and a lot of beautiful beaches close by. Main street is closed in the evening which makes it even better.

The damage from the previous typoons is still present. There are numerous bars, I recommend the Pacifico Bar, they have Octoberfest sized mugs to hold the Red Horse Beer. It is 50 Pesos each way from the hotel to town and back. On the island tours, the outhouses are the absolute bare minimum, a toilet, no seat, no tank, no TP, a bucket and a ladle and no sink. Wear grippy water shoes, the stairs are slippery. Go see the Coral Garden, elsewhere all the other fish are <5" and no coral. Unless you go to the the Coral Garden, the crystal kayak is a waste of money. Still I had a great time, the staff did an amazing job, life is an adventure!

If you want cool weather, fresh veggies, and have important purpose such as visiting family or meeting with friends then visit Baguio. But prepare to deal with heavy traffic, crowds galore, and extremely difficult parking situation which makes the experience too stressful. My birth place and childhood playground city of pines, fog, and clouds in your face is now just a childhood memory. Baguio succumbed to commercialism so destructive that quality of life is no longer existent unless you are outside the city proper.

The most important things to do here its the underground...

The most important things to do here its the underground river located in a cave about 2h drive away from the hotel by van to the National park. Also its nice to travel down the south for Balabac but I personally picked North up to El Nido for more Island Hoppings.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. we arrived later...

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. we arrived later in the evening, around 07:22pm but our host is so accommodating in asking us for updates and told us that they are awaiting for our arrival. We stayed at Wind Residences under JRT Suites. It was safe, accessible to nearby shops, and comfortable. However the weather is a bit gloomy and rainy so we were not able to fully optimize going to other tourist spots. we hope to come back again.

Filthy squaller. Angeles City is horrible. Even walking street was hugely disappointing. Lots of closed bars, the bars i did go in were horrible. Women standing on stage, really looked like they didn't want to be tIhere. Just a horrible vibe. Makati is far superior to Angeles in every way possible. Dont waste your time going here. The SM mall which is close to the ABC hotel is very dangerous to get to . You have to try and cross about 4 very busy roads to get to it, no sky bridge, no subway to get there. Who ever designed the location was a moron, MAKE IT SAFE FOR PEDESTRIANS !

Port Barton was just the right place to chill out and spend...

Port Barton was just the right place to chill out and spend our last 5 days in the Philippines. The island hopping tours rival El Nido and Coron and the coral reefs and marine life some of the best we experienced. Plenty of good food options and beach bars.

Olongapo was good to kick back and relax. We spend quite a bit of time at the beach and found some great restaurants and bars. Went to the Zoo one day. That's not an experience I would want to repeat. The animal enclosures were not in top condition and there was very little to no water in them. I love to see animals in an environment that is as close to possible as what they would live in in the wild. This zoo wasn't like that. The lions were all in small concrete cages that looked like jail cells. All concrete and metal bars, that made me sad!!!! We did enjoy the different culture to home though. Jumping on and off the jeeps they use for transport was fun and a really cheap way to get around.

Asked the locals about best seafood restaurants. El Cocinero, Dampa sa Dalampasigan at L'Bulalo are the best. depending on where you are staying, tricycles will take you anywhere with PHp 150.00.
