From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and efficient service from the staff. The room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for our stay in Cebu. The hotel’s location in Cebu IT Park is ideal, with shopping, dining and transport all easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was outstanding: a wide variety of fresh options and attentive service. The pool and common areas were well maintained and offered a pleasant place to relax. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu

1. the host Richard and all staffs are super nice and really accommodating. Richard helped us to organised some tours which is really helpful. He even used the remote app to switch on our AC before we get back to the hotel - so we don’t open the door with full of heat. Other staff is really friendly, they recommended some good local restaurants/ street food which is super affordable. We also spent a good night chatting about life/ ourselves/ etc which is good because travelling is about sharing experience right? 2. this place is brand new and clean, water pressure is GOOD and hot water is always consistent. 3. breakfast is spot on, we had a good variety to choose from and the portion is good. 4. clean swimming pool to swim/ chill 5. it’s off the street which means you won’t hear noises at night !!!! which is really important. 6. Wi-Fi is FAST and stable 7. I would recommend getting a car or motorcycle if you are staying in the resort. overall I would say this is my second home in Moabaol, can’t wait to go back!!!

From the very first moment we felt super welcomed in this hotel! We booked the shuttle transfer from airport, including the fairy to the island. The check-in was the most informative and friendliest I‘ve had in a very long time. Although we did not dive, we enjoyed 3 wonderful days with yoga lessons, using the little gym, amazing massages, snorkelling, drinks at the bar and chilling at the privat beach (only a second away from our room!). Restaurant offers a wide variety of food during the whole day. Each and every employee was super nice, friendly and helpful. Every part of the hotel was super clean and looked very nice. We loved it so much there, recommending this property to everyone. We plan to return soon! Thank you!

Peace and quiet, ideal to relax with loads of activities on offer if the relaxation part gets too much. The beach bungalows with their own pool permit total seclusion. We were afraid of the food on offer having read bad critiques, but were impressed by the choice, variety and quality of what we were served. Shout out to Mark, who pampered us and served us exquisite cocktails He and the kitchen staff surprised us night after night. Hello kitchen, your fish dishes, to die for! Not only is there nothing to complain but hats off to them for the delicious experience we had. Cuisine is top notch. Water Sports Centre, you guys are awesome, thank you for the boat excursion, we had you and the boat all to ourselves and you went out of your way to make sure we had everything we wanted, saw everything and snorkeled everywhere and had such a memorable experience. Thank you too for sharing the coconut harvest with us and finding the paddle blade I lost.

I had to spend one evening in Cebu between two flights and Toyoko Inn Cebu was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I. It’s very clean and organised. It’s located next to a big shopping mall with a cinema and food courts. We spend our evening there and the day after we had a super good breakfast included and a private transfer to the airport also included. I don’t honestly know if the location is good for visiting the city, but for what we needed it was really perfect.

Google Maps is your friend. During the holidays business schedules change. so some times a Museum might be closed. but lots are walking distance from each other. In my opinion if you are trying to hit everything quickly by taxi, your missing the point of this very old city. There are too many water ways, islands and traffic to be in a hurry. slow down, lots of things are free to look at. Carry small change with you always. it will help at all locations. Be polite buy a water if nothing else.

Mactan felt poor and overcrowded to us. It is true that we arrived after flooding and typhoons, but I am afraid that the trash is a constant problem here. People live along the sidewalks, sometimes even in cardboard boxes that are often placed literally on piles of garbage. Emaciated dogs roam around, and roosters are tied on short strings. Children beg for money. If you want to go on excursions, you have to travel quite far, yet there are constant traffic jams, so even short distances take an unreasonably long time. Choose other islands.

Moalboal is a lively resort, lots of bars and restaurants. Beaches nearby are white sand and accessible. Badian beach a short ride away and less crowded than Moalboal. Popular waterfalls a short trip away. Easy bike hire.

We came to Cebu just for swimming with sharks.

We came to Cebu just for swimming with sharks. It was a very interesting experience. We spent the rest of the day snorkeling at Sumilon. It was great. However, given shortage of time, 2 nights in Oslob with one day dedicated to swimming seemed just right for our group - we went on to see some more of the Philippines nature.

It is where we can see the Lapu Lapu Shrine and the entrance therein is free. the beach we have visited there is Newtown Beach.. the water there is clean. They have friendly staff and peaceful ambience.

We traveled to the island to dive with thresher sharks and were not disappointed. The sea life and hospitality of the island residents amazed. When traveling to Maya port from the island we took the public fairy. It was easy To navigate. Porters will carry your bags onto the ferry for a small trip.

More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

Beatiful, green island. Paradise for seafood fans. Fresh, delicious and decent price, sometimes even cheap. If you more into nature than towns and pubs do not miss: Mangrove Park, Nature Park, Lalio's cave, Colina Isla de Bantayan:) Santa Fe - more for food and drinks at night :)

Review for Malapascua Island: Perfect for diving (thresher sharks) and snorkeling, otherwise not much to do there. Recommendation - compare prices for fun dives at different dive shops, some are very pricy. The north beach was a disapointment - some smaller sections of the beach are cleaned, others very dirty and smelling like rotten animals. Not much to see in the water while snorkeling there.

Badian is a more vibrant town compared to another closer town. I loved the fruits/veggies markets. Lots of Filipino food eateries. Lots of traditional sweets and treats but full of sugar. My sister and I also loved the Badian fish markets, lovely fresh catch every day.
