Everything was just perfect! We stayed for three nights after we initially only booked one night, because we liked it so much. The atmosphere was great, with a huge common area (plenty of tables, sitting areas, balconies, all with thousands of lo ely plants). The host speaks very good English and helped us a lot. Rooms are super clean and large, very comfortable). Free water and coffee, plus kitchen area. All topped by an amazing view of the volcano. Also location was super good, lots of restaurants (amazing vegetarian philipino restaurant (Lakshmi food house) just 5-10min walk, a supermarket plus market nearby, you couldn't want for more.

Beautiful hotel on a quiet road away from the noise. Room was spacious and had a large comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities were great and everything worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful and their smiles always brightened up our day, very professional. The restaurant, which we used for breakfast and also dinner is very classy. The food was outstanding. Try their Bicol express, very delicious! Hired a motorbike on our second day and they have a side parking area with a locked gate, very secure. Good location, 3 min walk to Jolibee and nearby supermarkets.

Went well: - service as always; prompt at all times; showed willingness to help and assist - mini souvenir shop for last minute purchases - ambience of the lobby/dining (instagram-worthy) - newly renovated staircase decor (again for the 'gram) :) - mirrors in the staircase and common areas :) - minimal fee for late check out - assistance they extended to book my airport drop off shuttle for Php150.00 :)

Worth the price. location is few walks from the main road, clean rooms, staff were courteous... very homey ang place. Food is also great. Kung nagtitipid ka, the best place to stay. Small ang room kng for 2 persons, pero kng di ka maarte, ok na. May hot and cold shower, may towels and soap na rin. Great. We will go back again.

Super good service, every staff is very friendly and helpful. I told them there is something wrong with my pipe, they changed my room immediately. Very good location! Almost at the heart of Legazpi. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Has a big yard so I can park my motorbike easily.

Mayon Volcano is a majestic and fantastic place, 100 % recommended! However, I think one whole day is enough. You can extend to two if you want to go to Donsol for whale shark watching, but it is not 100 % that you see them.

For Albay standard the place is nice .. but theres no beach that opens to the sea .. water muddy .. The place not friendly to seniors .. i fell as the floor is not even .. but the room is nice and clean .. nice view .. staffs were friendly and nice and really helpful . But to many people for day tours !!! If you pay so much and an inhouse guest you expect a little exclusivity .. i think segregate space for inhouse guest and day tours ..

Skyline is one great place to go to see Mt.

Skyline is one great place to go to see Mt. Mayon but unfortunately it was raining hard when we got up there, the volcano is not visible. Sumlang lake is a good place to go as the volcano is it’s backdrop. There’s a lot of big malls if you’re into shopping. Restaurants and hospitals abound in every location. Transportation is no problem at all as you can call cabs via phone or online. Public jeepneys can get you from point A to point B.

Check the weather map so that you increase your chances of getting a full view of Mayon Volcano. Do consider booking properties outside Legaspi (Daraga) The tourists attractions are all near Daraga. (less traffic), however all the nice places to eat are in Legaspi.

Nice place, restaurants serves good quality food and very delicious especially Balay sa Bicol resto, while at Red Labuyo resto you can have a good view of the beautiful Mayon Volcano. We also tried their Crispy King fried chicken, it’s crispy and very affordable. I love the location of Sumlang Lake, very good location to see the Mayon Volcano, we’ve tried their mango & chili flavored ice cream and taste good. We also went to see the Cagsawa ruins, very near to Casa Bicolandia Suites.
