The gardens are just so beautiful and lush. We loved the pool area and also did the small hike up the hill just behind the hotel to take in the beautiful scenery. The restaurant has very good food and also the cocktails are amazing. We arrived on the bus, so we took a cab when we wanted to go into town. Would have loved to stay a bit longer and maybe splash out and book one of the poolside rooms that have hammocks and little patios. Also El Valle has plenty to do, so three nights went by too quickly!

Very good location, really spacious room with a fridge, microwave, big table, closet and a big bathroom. The owner, Bret & his helping hand Jason are very kind people who gave us good recommendations and helped us through our whole stay. Beautiful quiet spot surrounded by mountains. The pool was wonderful too, with natural hot sping water in it. There is a beautiful terrace outside to enjoy. We had a nice welcome from Alex and he was available to answer our questions and advice us. Alex has special skills to release knocks on your back so do not hesitate to take a treatment with him. This is something unique in the world.

We were welcomed by the kindest hosts we ever met, Ayled and Gilberto are very friendly and helped us a lot. The view from the house is phenomenal (overlooking the valley). It is peaceful and quiet. The room was amazing, especially the view. We could also use the well equipped kitchen to prepare food which helped a lot. The tap water (drinkable, filtered) comes from the mountain and tastes great.
