The location is awesome and the accommodation pods were brilliant! Lovely decking area outside where we could sit and watch the sunset and stare at the amazing stars. Food delivery (dinner and breakfast) was on time, very tasty and plenty of it too! We were invited to join the owner and his friends at an outdoor majlis for evening coffee which really added to the authentic experience for our visitors. Wonderful Omani hospitality from start to finish.

An unforgettable vacation that makes you want to return. Very friendly and attentive staff. Stunning views. Peace and quiet all around. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The room offers complimentary not only water, tea, and coffee (capsules) but also fruits and sweets. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner. A heated swimming pool. The hotel is ready to organize various activities (its own or from neighboring hotels) such as ATVs, camel rides, ballooning and jeep tours. We combined work with leisure, and the Wi-Fi was good enough for video conferences (for using Viber, it’s better to enable a VPN or use a local eSIM). We had an online meeting after checking out of our room, and the hotel provided us with the opportunity to hold it from the restaurant. To reach the hotel, it’s best to have a 4x4 jeep.

We loved Milky Way Domes. We booked the cabin which was great and enjoyed sunrise in bed! Ahmed and the staff are excellent, we felt so well taken care of and were so sad that we only booked for one night! The little Veranda in front of the cabin is great too for chilling and reading a book. Definitely go dune bashing too! Ahmed takes you out during sunset to watch the sun set over the dunes! Couldn’t recommend more. And it’s also a great thrill. 10/10 recommend!
