I stayed at this property for about 2 weeks and it was a great stay! The apartments are comfortable, clean and spacious. Really felt like being at home. Full kitchen (including an oven), washing machine, refreshing shower, comfy sofa. Nice pool area and a very large fitness center that faces the beautiful mosque across the street. Staff is friendly and helpful. You'll need a rental car to get around, or download the Otaxi app (which is what I did). Works just like Uber. Really enjoyed my time staying here and would absolutely stay there again the next time I am in Muscat!

The remarkable staff add an extra star! Great big "Thank you" to the manager Mr Jusup for making my stay comfortable, to Honey, Hamed at reception (sorry for forgetting the other names) for all your help, to Housekeeping for keeping me clean and tidy every day, to Tito and Sudhil at the Shisha bar for the nice coffees and tasty juices! The hotel is right in the centre of things. All you need is either on the same street or a few minutes' walk away...and it will be quite challenging to choose from the many restaurants around.

I am so happy I made the effort to visit Muscat. As a solo traveler, it was daunting, but once I arrived and started visiting places, I felt right at home. I met people from so many different cultures, learnt a lot about the country's history which I found truly fascinating. Everyone should visit Muscat at some point.

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

The Dunes Beach Club is a serene seaside spot with good food, great vibes, and fun weekend events — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beachside atmosphere.

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Muscat is a city rich in culture and history, with warm and welcoming people. During our three-day stay, we visited the Grand Mosque, Royal Opera House, Mutrah Corniche & Souq, and Al Alam Palace. We enjoyed tasting authentic Omani cuisine and sweets—especially the traditional Omani halwa with gahwa. Since we didn’t pre-plan the trip, we ended up driving to a few locations on different days, but the city’s excellent roads and much lighter traffic compared to Dubai and Abu Dhabi made getting around easy and pleasant. We also spent our evenings at some beautiful beaches, which our little ones absolutely loved. Muscat stole our hearts ❤️ Rich culture, friendly people, smooth roads, stunning landmarks, and peaceful beaches. From Omani halwa with gahwa to evenings by the sea—such a perfect family getaway.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
