Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

New and very comfortable hotel close to the airport. All amenities, the rooms and beds were great. The highlight was the staff though, who took the utmost care of me and made sure I was well looked after. Shout-out to Victor who did a great breakfast service every morning. Since the hotel was not too busy, there was no breakfast buffet but individual dishes prepared - really good! There is not too much to do in close proximity to the hotel, so I'd definitely recommend renting a car when staying here as you'll need to do some driving to get around.
