We loved it! Close to the best spots of Jebel Shams. Also the host was very helpful and super nice. He checked on us on whatsapp and assisted us a lot. Muhammead on the location was also very helpful and welcoming. On your way stay on the highway until Bahla then go to Al Hamra do not follow google maps "shortcuts"

The resort was perfect for the two night stay in the mountains. It is a perfectly well located hotel to reach out the two main hikes in the region: Balcony walk (W6) and Jabal Shams summit walk (W4). Accessible with a normal car, but you have to be a confident driver and drive slow. Breakfast and dinner were very decent given we were only a few guests staying in the hotel. Thanks to that we enjoyed a free upgrade. Views from the hotel over the mountains were spectacular, especially during sunrise/sunset.

A nice place if you plan to Jabal Shams W6 - Balcony Walk Hike. Stay one night including dinner and breakfast. The staff is really nice. Foods are simple but good. I enjoy the sunrise in front of room. Highly recommend for the hospitality and comfortable room.

Very interesting place at the end of the bumpy road just at the beginning of the balcony walk. 2 simple rooms with the stunning view! It’s really amazing for the sunrise and sunset. You can order a breakfast and dinner in the owner’s house.

The house is situated in a small village. It has beautiful views of the mountains. The host was very kind and they offered very good breakfast and dinner. The house is large, with spacious kitchen - living room area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved the terrace with the view. Very quite place, but few steps from the start of the Balcony Walk route (approx. 5 minutes walking). There are no shops or restaurants, be ready for that. There is no signal in the house, but the WIFI worked very well. It is possible to reach it with 2WD car, but after our experience, we recommend to have 4WD car, the last 20 km to the village are quite rough.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs, Jabal Shams Villa is a country house surrounded by views of the garden.
