Very professionall, polite staff. The gentleman from India allowed me to check in at 6:30 am, as my night bus arrived at that time. Good choice at the breakfast buffet, pleasant restaurant. Calm pool area at the rooftop. The possibility to switch off the air conditioning in the room.

It is definitely the best hotel we have stayed in during our 3 week trip in Oman. Although not a 5 star hotel, they upgraded us to an extremely comfortable suite, the staff kept on pampering us with fruits, free drinks, various types of suites and unthinkable amount of water bottles. It was the best and warmest service we have ever seen. Breakfast was included and was amazing, again whatever we asked was taken care of immediately. You opt for the pool - immediately they show up with fresh orange juice, water and towels. We stayed for 5 days and were very sorry to leave. The rooms are huge - more like an apartment. The beds are super comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. Location is very convenient and any info you need they will help. I would especially like to command Mr. Tariq, Mr. Saif al-Islam and the gentleman who first welcomed us. Simply an amazing place. Oh, and the price - it was the cheapest hotel we stayed so far in Oman. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Arrived late and they extended Check in time. They upgraded room to the deluxe suite free of charge. Had a nice cafe on the ground floor as well. Definitely recommend for the location (within walking distance of the grand mosque and bus terminal) and for the excellent service.
